Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

sharonleigh - Tuesday, 29 April I went into the hospital 2 weeks before my due date with my first son, due to not feeling very much movement. They did an ultrasound to check fluid and said that it was low and kept me and induced labor. I keep telling my doctor about it and I mentioned it to them at l&d the other day when I went in due to not feeling strong movement and no one seems very concerned about it and doesnt seem to plan on doing anything to check on it. :/ My boy is moving plenty now, so I'm not worried about it currently. I suppose if I become too worried I will demant that they check it. :)
barbi - Tuesday, 29 April He'll be fine hon, they can go 48 hours with no fluid at all. Just take it easy and rest assured that doc's would take him out right away if he was in danger. And congratulations! You get your baby in a few days!!!
berbaby3 - Saturday, 19 April Swelling- we had a hot day last week and my feet swelled they sould be ok when you get up and get bigger all day. If they just are big all the time I would call the DR. But at 36 weeks everything gets big.
heather1218 - Saturday, 19 April i have swelling night and day! my doctors just said keep gulping the fluids, my blood pressure was even a little high for me at my appointment and he said just keep on fluids! goodluck and i hope that helps a little..
jenim24 - Saturday, 19 April If you're worried it's preeclampsia... has your Blood pressure been high at your last appointment? Is the swelling accompanied by headaches, and blurred vision? Otherwise I wouldn't worry. My feet are huge, cut out all salt, no fast food, no caffeine, no soda, and keep your feet up. I guarantee that will help at least a little if not more!
bittybop - Saturday, 19 April If t\he swelling seems very sudden and severe, I would call the doc just to be on the safe side. Likely it is just typical swelling for this time in pregnancy. Drink LOTS of water, like more than you even think...prop up your feet, that will probably help :)
bloomingmum - Saturday, 19 April Hello tracy. Swelling is my best friend at the moment...my left foot swells enormous, but i up my fluids to help counterbalance, and of course put my feet up when possible. Sometimes i feel i have water beds strapped to my feet. If you have had a sudden swelling, i would call your doctor, just to make sure nothing more sinister is going on. Take Care, Clare X
bigmommat - Saturday, 19 April both my other kids share birthday months with yours as well that is funny my daughter is the 23 of august and my son the 9th of october
bigmommat - Saturday, 19 April Hey, I had swelling in my legs and then it moved to my feet. My dr sent me for blood work to make sure it wasnt a form of toxemia and for a vascular doppler on my legs to make sure there were no blood clots everything is fine i guess i am retaining a lot fo water. With my daughters pregnancy my feet looked like balloons but it was pretty hot out too.
sarahjk - Saturday, 19 April no, you do need to raise them up though
monkeymamma - Thursday, 17 April "They" say that sex helps bring it on towards the end. But everyone is different.
3girls2008 - Wednesday, 16 April I am the same way! I know its been 5 years since I was pregnant last ( my daughters are only a year apart) but this is way different! I laugh with my hubby because with my first I had to be induced because my fluid was low and that was 4 days before my due date and I was freaking out! I think back now and its like why wasnt i screaming for induction at that point in time! This time around since I am already dilated and effaced I get all restrictions lifted in 2 weeks and go at any time after that! It makes me think this little one might be a boy lol :)
3girls2008 - Wednesday, 16 April I am the same way! This entire pregnancy has been sooo different! No the pelvic bone seperating is it preparing for birth so everything is loosening up and since we have had 2 already its kind of loose to begin with. It is just the bones preparing for something larger than normal to come through them lol! I wouldn't say you were dilating, that I don't really think you can feel unless you are having contractions and that still isnt a good indicator. One question, are you having another boy? I have 2 boys and this pregnancy is sooooo different from those pregnancies I could swear I was having a boy but the tech said girl! Hope this helps!
3girls2008 - Wednesday, 16 April I am 33 weeks and I have that burning too I am pretty sure its the pelvic bone opening and the ligaments stretching with it!
AlyEwing-Ball - Monday, 14 April hey, i'm 33 weeks pregnant and haven't gained a single pound really.
in my first 15 weeks of pregnancy i lost 10-12 lb and all i am doing is gaining that back. I think because I've been watching what i've been eating and being a bit more healthy that's helped because my baby is weighing 2 weeks ahead of schedule!
Try not to worry about weight loss, my doc says so long as we're not trying to lose it intentionally (i.e. crash diets) and so long as the baby is growing well then everything is fine! It'll be less for you to lose once the baby is born anyway!
Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy!
