It's a boy!!!!

Jacob Zayne is official. The doctor says she wants to plan for my c-section around the 23rd of December!





So after 17 years with my loving husband, we are pregnant again!! We are so excited and feel so blessed! We are due December 31st. We have a 5 month old daughter named Olivia Rayne. I had lost all of my baby weight plus an extra ten pounds when suddenly I had a belly again. Sadly, I had already donated all my maternity clothes and my fat clothes one month before I found out I was pregnant. I went ahead and left up all the pictures from last time, kinda for a comparison between the two pregnancies. I am kinda scared about juggling a one year old and a newborn, I mean I know I can do it, but it seems daunting nonetheless.

Was it planned: No, once again I was on the pill.
What was your first reaction: Oh my god, didn't I just do this.

Who was with you when you found out: My husband.

Who was the first person you told: My mom
How did your parents react: They are very excited.

How far along are you: Right now I am 17weeks!
What was your first symptoms: I woke up with numb hands.

What is your due date: December 31st.
Do you know the sex of the baby: It's a boy.
Have you picked out names?: Jacob Zayne

How much weight have you gained: 15bs...OMG
Do you have stretch marks: from last time
Have you felt the baby move: not yet

Have you heard the heartbeat: Yes, at our first doctors appt. they did a sonogram

Will you keep the baby: Of course
Home or hospital birth: Hospital!

Natural or medicated birth: Drugs are my friends...I may have tattoos but I really do not enjoy pain.

Who will be in the delivery room with you: My husband for sure and possibly my mother in law

Will you breastfeed: yes
Do you think you'll need a c-section: Yes, I had an emergency c-section last time and this time I plan to have tubal litigation

Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time: Well of course, I cried at the first ultrasound...

What's the first thing you might say to him/her: I love you.

Would you let someone videotape the birth? Never.

Are you excited about the birth, or scared: More scared of the c-section this time than last.

Olivia is sitting up now. I swear everything has changed this week. Suddenly she is mobile and demanding and she got one little bottom tooth (well the beginning of it). She even started say NO, it's more like ny ny ny but we are pretty sure she means no. She says it when she gets really mad or she tells the dog over and over when the puppy comes over to bother her when she is in the jumper.

Olivia has a hemangioma on her left eye. It has been there since she was about three weeks old. We are going to see a pediatric opthamologist on August 12th to get it removed so that it doesn't affect her vision. Scary, scary, scary...and I will be 5 months pregnant by then and it is a two hour drive to the doctor. My DH is gonna love that drive I can promise you...
