BYU-Mommy - Tuesday, 9 December Oh man, I've been so sick. Right now I feel like I'm going to throw up dinner. I'm doing school and working and it's been so hard beign sick all the time. I've started feeling better, but it still hits me really bad about once a week to the point where I can't do anything but be sick. Finals are next week and I'm just praying I can get through them! So your hubby's in the military? Will he be home for the birth? How long will you be in Provo? How are you feeling?
BYU-Mommy - Tuesday, 9 December My doctor's name is David Broadbent. He's pretty good, and he has a sense of humor. He delivers to both Provo and Orem hospitals. Best of luck with everything!
mommyoftwo* - Tuesday, 9 December thanks for answering my question. how did your mil say it affected her with haveing three babys under three. i would love to do it its just i am afraid of the toll it will take on me and my body thats why i am weighing my opptions. your son is adorable by he way.
Jess05 - Monday, 8 December Hey thanks for the help on my question. She went on the forth to the health department and they told her she was 4 weeks based on her period. She doesnt know when she is going to have an ultrasound but when she does and they measure the baby...if it is the first guy...will it measure a month ahead or less since it would have been conceived so late in october?
jennishavinganother - Monday, 8 December I think I'm going to gather some info to show to my Dr. I swear if you google breast feeding while pregnant lots of links come up and not one of them says to stop! They all say keep nursing! I also teach a kids music class at this store called Birthmark and the owner is a Lactation consultant and I know she can give me lots of good facts to bring to my Dr. then I'll just go from there I guess. Try doing a google search and then you can show your mil what you find.
jennishavinganother - Sunday, 7 December Well, He's definitely moody and not sleeping as well, but he has also started cutting his first tooth, so I think that's to blame. He has always been sucha happy little guy, I guess I'm spoiled and when he gets cranky I'm like OhNO! Of course us Moms can pass on our feelings if we are stressed or sad but I don't think you could pass on the ms, that would be the worst! I'm sure it will pass.
Terise - Friday, 5 December Thankyou for your reply about feeling guilty, although I dont wish those feelings on anyone, Its nice to know I'm not alone in how I feel.
congratulations on your pregancy, and I hope its all going well for you:)
jennishavinganother - Friday, 5 December Hey, my older kids are teenagers so it's been awile. I remember I just slowly cut out a feeding every so often until we were nrsing once a day then every other day and so on. The before bed feeding was the last to go. It was all so gradual. I feel like I'll be rushing it this time because of the new pregnancy!
EricaT31 - Thursday, 4 December ya i think the doc said i'll get another ultra sound on the 18th week.. so they'll know the sex by then.. if they'll tell me.. every kid i've had i asked and they wouldn't ever tell me..
ally08 - Thursday, 4 December hiya - we found out around 13 weeks the sex of our babies - so it canbe done early! good luck to u on finding out - it really is an amazing feeling - we are so happy we got to know! xxx
4thonitsway - Wednesday, 3 December well none of my previous have been early, in fact my last was really late so maybe thatll help me out
angelag3girls - Wednesday, 3 December My cousin tandem nursed all of hers and has done great. She let them self wean which happened to be around 4. I think its up to you and what you know you can handle. I think they only nursed before naps and bedtime at the older ages. Who knows hers did quit while the colostrum was in but let them go back and you could always use that as your stopping point if you wanted. Bottom line is that he is your child and you are the one that has to live with the decision so just make sure you and your child is happy.
