Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

mizzsnazzy - Friday, 3 October Hey, my son who is about to turn 8 months, is eating most of the time 4-5 oz and once in a while he will drink 6 oz but that like never happens. He weighs 19lbs. He also drinks every 4 hours. You have no idea how many times I took him to the doctor concerned he isn't getting enough formula, they just tell me it's okay and he's fine, he's just not a big eater. As long as she is gaining weight, you're fine.
MamaMari - Friday, 3 October Hey Blanca... I just read your post... She seems to be drinking the right amount... Amaya only drinks 7 oz twice a day... which is less than what is normal.
By the way... our beautiful babies were born on the same day!! :):)
lindyloo - Wednesday, 23 April Hey there I read your post, I've been feeding Ally rice cereal since she was 12 weeks old!! she's now 3 1/2 months and we've been giving her pureed fruit for a week and a half, she really loves it, and my health center nurse never said there was anything wrong with it. As long as your baby sits well in a sitting position while being supported of course then she will be ok to try solids. I wouldn't worry about what others say, your her mum and you know whats best for your baby!!!
racquelle - Tuesday, 22 April hey! my doctor told me that you can start babies on cereal at 4 months but no less than 3. Just this past weekend I had to start my baby on cereal. I just give it to him twice a day through his bottle. Start off on the rice cereal. I use 1 tbsp. The doctor said to give 5 days in between introducing new foods, just in case the baby has a food allergy you will be able to know what the allegy is too. But I would not suggest giving baby food just yet. I read that should be introduced in the "supported sitter stage"
amyirene74 - Friday, 5 Oct I'm doing ok. I still have contractions around the clock but they aren't strong enough to cause my cervix to change. I think the biggest thing is I am having a hard time getting any real sleep since the contractions keep waking me up all night long. I will be so happy when she is far along enough to be able to be born safely.
amyirene74 - Friday, 5 Oct Is your friend's baby ok?
julsberg - Thursday, 4 Oct Well my next routine ultrasound will be at 32 weeks so hopefully then we will be able to see if the baby is a boy or a girl. My husband and his family and my co-workers all think that it will be a girl. I haven't gotten a feeling yet. But at least I picked names i like for both so all I'll have to worry about is dresses if it's a girl. Do you have a feeling about the sex?
amyirene74 - Thursday, 4 Oct Do you have any U/S pics of gender parts? I have several ones on our girl on my page for you to compare. I paid to have a private 3D ultrasound done to be sure since I have so many boys.
julsberg - Thursday, 4 Oct I know exactlt how you feel. I want to see my baby really bad too but mostly i want healthy and happy and to know whether it is a boy or a girl. I've had 3 ultrasounds total and all came back with the baby's legs closed.
JenLew - Friday, 28 Sep Hey, good luck! In the beginning, I lost 8 pounds and now I've only gained 4 of it back. My doctor says it's ok and everything is going really good. He said that my baby is bigger than average already.
daniela - Monday, 24 Sep Well a friend gave me advice before I went for my ultrasound. She said, to drink 2 glasses of juice and eat well at least an hour before the appt. This will wake up your baby and be active so you have a better chance to see his/hers goodies. =) Keep me posted. Thank you for the name compliment. When are you posting pictures?
daniela - Monday, 24 Sep In my last ultrasound my babies head was up and on my right side. I think he is still the same because I always feel more movement on my left side. Good luck on your pregnancy. Do you know what you're having yet?
Magan - Thursday, 13 Sep Don't read so much...every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. As long as you are doing everything you know in your power to have a healthy pregnancy and baby...that is all you can do. Worrying about something that COULD- happen...is not going to prevent it. If your doctor is not easing your worries, maybe you should switch...I did...my Doctor was a total dork and had no personality and treated me like I was a pain in his behind. I've been told not to read so much or watch the baby shows...LOL! Let's just take of ourselves the best we can and have faith that everything will be FANTASTIC!!!!! IT WILL!~~~~HUGS!
heatkli - Thursday, 13 Sep I talked to the nurse about it and she said it isn't abnormal depending on if you have a full bladder, didn't drink enough water, etc. She said when that happens, drink 32 oz of water, empty bladder and get off your feet. It should go away. If not call.
heatherl - Thursday, 13 Sep Thanks - I am sure I will have a better idea once this baby is here. I just want to meet this kid who keeps kicking me all night
heatherl - Saturday, 8 Sep I am glad you like Lucy- our last name is loftus. So it is a lot of L's going on. My son is also Luke- do you think it is too much?
frogibear86 - Friday, 7 Sep CONGRATS ON YOUR BABY GIRL!!! thank you for your message!!! the doctor went fine!!
JenLew - Thursday, 6 Sep Congrats Blanca! I'm due on the 17th of January. I'll find out what it is next Friday. Did you get the 3-D sonogram?
