Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

first-time-momy - Friday, 12 September Please help, Please let me know if I am asking too much, or I am not a good mommy. my baby is 6 month, 2 weeks old, she wants me all the time and wants me to hug her and sit next to her when she is playing. But today she even wants me to hug her when she is playing; I can not handle it anymore. I even can not go out because she will not seat in her car seat. She wants me to seat next to her, (this is how I drive, each 3-5 mints I have to stop and make her comfortable then drive) can not walk out side because she will not seat in her stroller, she wants me to hold her. Literally, I put my life aside and listening to what she is asking. I don’t know what to do; I can not let her cry because I get headache after one mint when she cries. ( I have a history of Migraine, so when I get headache the pain will stays with me till night and when I get some sleep it gets better. Sometimes I think that this is my problem maybe this is my job. My job is taking care of her and listening to her and %100 available. Just tell me that this is what parenting is. Am I allowed to ask my baby to sit for 5 mints so I can take a shower, go to bathroom, change my dress, make something to eat, … thanks for you respond

charcharsuperstar - Tuesday, 26 August HI!!! ofc i remember you !!!! How could i forget ? Funny , my mom would even check the site and be like.. "did you see the comment BBmom left?" lol.. Your son is an absolute doll. Meeting my son and having him for almost 2 months changed my life. He was a strong , beautiful little soul, I am so lucky to be his mommy! It's been a long, hard road since he left. My heart is broken, there are some days i just cry for hours on end. I just want him with me, but i believe one day, we will be together again. This pregnancy is a complete surprise! I was on the pill .. did you see my due date ? April 9th... one year exactly to when my son passed away. I think he's up there sitting on a cloud, pulling some strings ;). thank you so much, if you could donate blood in his name, it's just another reason he was on this earth. I also donated my frozen breast milk to a milk bank, that milk gets used to NICU babies 3 lbs and under, and 25 % of it gets sent to Africa for HIV babies. I love what Max's life has done! mUch love and thank you for your kind thoughts..

lilmisswen - Friday, 9 May Hey Karyn!! Well, we are obviously in the same boat when it comes to logging onto this site! You sent me the email on April 19 and I just opened it now (like almost 4 weeks later!). Little Jack is so adorable! Our Abby turned 8 weeks yesterday. She's already at 12 1/2 pounds and 24 inches long... Time flies! Anyway, I think I opened a facebook account like a year or two ago but never used it. I'll have to check it out. If I do, I'll add you as a friend. I do however have a myspace account, which I use pretty often (www.myspace.com/lilmisswen). Would love to keep in touch and check in every now and then and see how the little babes are doin!! I actually miss this site. It was part of my daily routine when I was prego. Now I, like you, have not a minute of free time... Ahhhh... motherhood! Keep in touch and take care of yourself and your beautiful family!! hugs ~ Wendy (ps- I just noticed that the last time you wrote was the day I had my daughter! You must be good luck!!)

nikosmommy - Tuesday, 22 April Great to hear from you! Hope everything is going well with baby! The first few months are such a blur.... how have u been feeling??
the last time that she slept for 7 hours was when I gave her a nice bath. usually she gets 2 times in a week. she still don't sleep in her crib ;-( sometimes in carseat or in her rocker. I will wait till she reaches 3 month of age and will give her bath every night so she learn that at what time she should sleep and not waking in the middle of night just to suck on something or just being hold. the thing that frustrate me is "my husband". at the very first night when my baby was born my husband slept through the night and since then he never helped me. he is telling me to ask me for help when you need, but when I ask him, he gets tired after few mints. one night we went to bed at 10pm (which he usually goes to bed like 12 or 1am) and he said: I am going to bed so early and I know I will be up in the realy morning, and I said: it is ok you will help me tonight and he said: I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO HELP YOU ;-( I said nothing and could not go to sleep for an hour. he just play with the baby when she is happy. I never said that to anybody even my sister, but the fist 2 weeks was my worst weeks in my life. you don't beleive me if I say I got sleep one hour each 24 hours. I had no one to help and give me advise what to do. I felt I am carring the world on my shoulder. just feeling so lonly and don't want to say that to anybody because that does not solve my problem. I love my little one so much and every day she is getting cutter and happier. she in cooing and smiling and I love that so much. I hope by the time passes her sleep gets more longer so I just can get a little bit more energy for the following day. I forgot to say that I don't know if she is growing lots or not, end of this week she will be visited by her doctor and we will see how much she is gained weight. how about you and your baby? how is life with you? take care
CRAZYEIGHTS - Friday, 18 April Hi, our babies were born on the same day. Congrats!! Your little guy reminds me of mine with all that dark hair. He's a doll. Even my 15 year old just walked in and asked if the picture of your baby was his brother. Take care.
