sarahann - Sunday, 24 August Hey, I see you got a BFN. Don't let it get you down, there's always hope until af shows up!
thencamebaby - Friday, 22 August thanks for the comment. I am gonna keep breastfeeding!
becky-135 - Thursday, 21 August thanks a lot for the advice. i'll try doing what you said. I think a part of it is that I get so frustrated with him. I tell myself that he's just a baby, and he's crying because he needs something, but it doesn't help. I have a horrible temper. i think this parenting thing is way above my maturity level, unfortunately.
brownsugar - Thursday, 21 August thank u so much for your support
bubba - Wednesday, 20 August Wow, your test time is right around the corner! Good Luck and keep in touch!
brownsugar - Wednesday, 20 August beautiful kids congrats to u
bubba - Wednesday, 20 August Thanks! When is AF due for you? When are you testing. There are a lot of us on the TWW right now! Maybe will get a long string of BFP's!!! That would be great. It would be so awesome to get them all at the same time!
busybeemom - Thursday, 14 August Sophie just got her 3rd tooth today... YAY!
coopermom - Thursday, 14 August Thank you for your encouraging words about your husband and boys not having a problem. I have done a lot of research on the issue of circumcision and have convinced my circumcised husband that it is wrong to do this to a baby. We are having a baby boy in Jan '09 and are NOT going to put him through this unnecessary and painful ordeal. Love, Kim
vikki - Thursday, 14 August HI, I'm am being well monitored. The placenta wont move. It can't. It is mistaken that they can. What happens is a placenta may be close in early pregnancy but as the uterus grows larger it its stretches and seems like it moves. It's like having a dot on a balloon , as it gets bigger the dot doesn't shift but stretches. If the placenta is OVER the cervix, that's it. It's a complete previa. OH well, I'm feeling alittle calmer about it now. I am following instructions to the letter. Anything to keep the braxtons at bay for as long as possible.
I have the contact information for the home schooling. In the end I just asked the lady that I deal with at the education deptartment, who would be the best person for you to talk to for NSW Here's the information.
The contact in NSW is Debbie Kashmer. Her number is 93678395. email: debbie.kashmer@bos.nsw.edu.au
I hope that is helpful.
Well take care and tap soon

bubba - Tuesday, 12 August Thank you so much! It means a lot to know that my feelings are justified. I just think it is so insensitive for people to think we wouldn't be anxious to try again as soon as possible. I couldn't imagine having to face the daily reminder you did. You are a very strong person!
vikki - Monday, 11 August HI there, I haven't forgotten you!!!!! I'm waiting for a friend that lives in Rossi and homeschool, to come back from holiday, to get her contact with the homeschooling "centre" in NSW. Because you are moving to were you are going to, you'll be in the NSW system. I figure it would be easier for you if you know who to go to right off the bat, so to speak.
Well we had a scare last week on wed'. Small ( and I mean small) amount of blood, I was freaked out as you could imagine and my Ob' was in surgery and my GP was gone. So I rang my specialist lady and they said that legally they couldn't look after me once I had moved over to my Ob but they would ring me straight back. Well they did and said that they were getting the u/s lady to come in if I could come straight in. I did and the baby is FINE, kicking and stretching and patting the placenta! They couldn't find any blood so it was surmised that it was just a little irritation in the virginal wall. What they also found was that I have Placenta Previa! It is a complete so that means that I can't have a natural birth. This has gutted me on many levels. You see my labors have always been wonderful! It's like I've been rewarded for going through all these bad things during the pregancies. And now I can't. I am however VERY greatful that we know so early, as they are able to keep a good look out for me and baby so we'll be safe. The Dr said that they usually have to take baby at about 34-36wks when the braxtons start because that starts to pull the placenta away. I said " but my braxtons start at around 20-25wks!" They said in that case they would be monitoring me extra carefully. Get us as far as possible. We should be able to get to a safe time if I don't do ANYTHING!!!!! Like a vertical version of bed rest. I just can't race around, not to much activity, no pilates, no picking anything of consequence up and no getting my blood pressure up. Oh well, good thing I like sewing
