look, you don't understand, Katie and I have not spoken since jan 29th 2008, it's not june. I have backed off, and with the restraing order in place and no paternity decided yet, she could pop tomorrow and not have to tell me a god damn thing. I never said I wanted to be in the delivery room. I just want to see my child on it's birth day. And your wrong she can deny of that, and that's what her plans are! So I filled a petition, for paternity for an un born child and we go to court on july 1st. She can drag her feet and demand a paterinty test if she would like, but like my attorney said...that looks bad in the eyes of the judge if I am the father. I mean we were living to gether and were engadged. So I have backed off for 4 months and still nada.....If she consents to paternity, I can be there to see the child on the day of it's birth...the court will allow it, but if this restraining order is to keep me away from the child the court will recognize that and dismiss it completely. So that's where I am at she's due july 16th. and we have not spoken since feb. Is that backing off enough?!?!
