stargazer530 - Tuesday, 9 December Wow. And I thought staying up until 11:30 was late! Lol. I don't think I could have made it if I stayed up until 1. Yes, I know from babysitting about the curious stage. It's hard to make them sit still for two seconds and to quit trying to touch everything. I can't imagine having a kid and being pregnant. I hope I get some mommy patience with this first one. :)
preggiebelly - Tuesday, 9 December Thank you all so much for your comments on my last blog.... things have been more than overwhelming and so to get online and read that some of you have thought of me means so much. I'm feeling much better health-wise, still a little sore from all the vomitting and I'm pretty tired & weak from dehydration but I've stayed well hydrated today and I'm happy to report that I've not vomitted anymore. My test didn't go as well as I had hoped... but I did my very best. My most important tests are next Monday & Tuesday and then of course, graduation, if I make it that far, is next Wednesday evening. Wish me luck as I pick up my books tomorrow and get back to studying. It's incredible to think that I could finally be a nurse one week from Wednesday.... I have to do all that I can to make this happen. Thank you all so much. I hope that each and everyone of you are doing well.... I'll keep you all posted on how this next week progresses. Hopefully, I'll be able to post a new occupation in my profile next Wednesday. Have a wonderful week!!! Thanks again for your kind words, prayers, and thoughts. They mean the world to me, truly. I'll be on again soon..... ~ Jamie
stargazer530 - Monday, 8 December I haven't been making it to bed that early but it definitely sounds good! I wake up all through out the night. It's irritating, but I guess it's just prep for when little one gets here. I cannot imagine not being able to eat chocolate. I have decided to avoid the sweets (although I just did drink a hot chocolate) this week since my glucose test is Thursday. Sweets are all I am craving now...along with meat, lots and lots of red meat when I usually eat chicken. This was actually my first wedding cake, I have made several baby shower and bday cakes. I was all excited about it until she showed me what she wanted - a southwest cactus cake thing with a wagon and horse and cowboys. :( But, for their reception this weekend I am making 75 - 80 mini cakes (a regular cupcake with a mini cupcake on top) and they are covered in flowers, so I think I will get my fill.
Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
stargazer530 - Saturday, 6 December I can't imagine dealing with all those kids right now! All I want to do is sleep and eat. Lol. I have to make a wedding cake for my niece tomorrow though and we're trying to finish up some painting this evening so I just got done getting a nap in. I think you deserve a nap after all those little feet running around!
stargazer530 - Friday, 5 December I just had read someone else's so I copied and pasted and replaced the answers with my own. I am not sure where everyone keeps getting them. Sorry!
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.
juno - Tuesday, 2 December Hi, sorry it's been so long, we were out of town for a week and then I wasn't feeling well and things have just been so busy lately. Hope you're doing well! I'm doing better, but sometimes I don't think I have enough energy to keep up with my little ones and I wonder how I'll make it through the next six months or so. About the car, I'm sure my husband wasn't happy but thankfully he kept it to himself! And you're right, when you realize there are much worse things that could have happened it makes it look like not a big deal. Those stories are so sad, there are no words.
preggiebelly - Sunday, 30 November Thank you so much to those of you who have stopped by to make comments on our first batch of maternity photos. I wish I had a chance to thank each and every one of you individually but I'm super busy getting things in place for the baby shower as it's as our place. I'll be writing a new blog soon & including some pictures of the baby shower! Wish me luck! Hope you all are having a fabulous weekend!
preggiebelly - Thursday, 27 November Have a happy Thanksgiving to all of you Americans.... enjoy your family, friends, and the wonderful Thanksgiving food. And to all else..... have a beautiful weekend!! ~ Preggiebelly!
