Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

jwhitley - Sunday, 11 May Don't feel bad! I've been 1 centimeter for 4 weeks now! No plug, no contractions- NOTHING! I just knew since this was #4 he would come early!
ashes1st - Monday, 28 April Thank you for responding, I've never seen anything like that before. I had an appointment with the doctor where she checked me and left me bleeding a bit down there and didn't know if it was cause of that. Sorry if that was tmi. But I really got freaked out about it.
bittybop - Thursday, 24 April With my first born, my water just broke with no warning at 34 weeks, no dilation, effacement, etc. and she was born in less than three hours. I was 1 cm when I reached t he hospital and 10 within 2.5 hours. Granted, that is NOT typical especially for first time mom's but it does happen. I am 36 weeks, 4 days now and 3 cms dilated and 50% effaced...if my water breaks I HOPE I make it to the hospital in time!!
jenim24 - Thursday, 24 April Saw your post - although I am having major signs of labor, i am only 1 cm dialated. My boss had absolutely no signs of labor then at work her water broke and she had her baby 3 hours later!!!!!!!!! Consider yourself extremely lucky, this is sooo painful to go through each day, especially at work!!!
romansmama - Saturday, 19 April real contractions will take your breath away literally. thats how you know when its a real contraction. the gassy cramp feeling is sometimes just your uterus expanding a lil more
kmfitz - Friday, 14 Mar I'm the same way as you. It's not that I'm not excited--I mean, I don't know what it is. I'm super terrified about the whole thing first of all--and second, who's going to sit around excited every second of the day while they're pregnant for 9 months??
How is the rest of your pregnancy going?
bellakimmie - Sunday, 9 Mar i was really compfortable my first pregnancy too. I had little complaints. My second got a little worse with a few pregnancy side effects, and now I'm on my third so there is LOTS to complain about. Enjoy your first pregnancy, but if you do it again, prepare to complain like the rest of us. :)
snowwhite5thbabe - Sunday, 24 Feb For leg cramps, only calcium citrate (400mg) or magnesium (500-1000mg)per day works for me. (Take the lower amount of magnesium at first, then if you get the runs when you increase the amount, it means you need to back off.) Since I know I'm low on one or the other when I get leg cramps,I just take both at the same time, usually in the evenings, because magnesium relaxes my muscles and helps me sleep. Good luck with this. God bless you and your little one!
heidichristine - Tuesday, 12 Feb good luck with your presentation...people will understand if you need to take a second to breathe
teshia1st - Monday, 11 Feb I noticed this the other day my husband said it looked like the movie species, I guess men have there own way of putting things I thought it was precious.. teshia
jaimiecollette - Monday, 11 Feb That is great you could see your baby moving from the outside!!!! Yah! That is such a neat feeling
danish-girl - Wednesday, 9 Jan Hi! I get sudden cramps inside my right thigh/hip area. Moreso hip I would say, kind of where the femur is attached to the hip and muscle I think...it hurts but I am sure it is just the body adjusting to the 'new shape' it has to get used to :-)
All the best to you and your baby :-)
