Thanks for the info. I am currently using the ocean aquarium swing that my 4 yr. old had when he was a baby and its getting kind of worn out. Although my daughter loves it we have decided to buy a new one. I know the swings can be lifesavers and I love them.

hi about the rash...don't worry about it my daughter had the same thing...it started out as a heat rash..than turned into a little bit of eczema my dr said. so she recommended i don't use soap when I bathe her...so she uses cetaphil, its a soap and scent free baby wash. works good. Also don't rub any lotions on them, so I use galaxal base, and it all worked good, within a week her heat rash/eczema was gone.

hey .. my little girl had the same kinda thing 2 weeks back. Its much better now. Am not quite sure wat causes it but the doc said it was common and nothing to worry abt. Our chinese neighbors thought that is was HEAT caused by the formula and advised me to give LITTLE water to the baby between each feed. She is MUCH better now. Just a little left on the face, chest and back. Try giving ur baby some water (just a few drops will do) and see if it helps

Tiegan was on 3oz from birth and then by 3/4weeks she was on 5oz bottles but has stuck at that up til present which is nearly 10weeks! But now she varies from 3oz to 5oz! She was putting on nearly a pound a week but the Health Visitor was happy with her progress and said some smaller babies make up their weight in the 1st few weeks so thats why they eat soo much! Tiegan was 6lb 11oz so not tiny tiny but small ish xx

ugh I want a smoke.....I have had a craving all day for it.

Tomorrow I am putting Jack in daycare for the hourly cost while I come home relax and clean my house and catch up on laundry. So i'm thinking that would be a good time to just have one and nobody would be home so nobody would know. hahahaha

Yes Drew is a riot as a host I laugh at his stupid jokes all the time when nobody else thinks there funny. As for Clinton Yes if I was a gay man I would be all over that ass. What I really love watching is the first 15 minutes of the View and watch them bitches cat fight then turn on drew..ahhhhh the highlight of my day next to when Jack makes poopy.

Well my lil one is sleeping and its time for me to watch Monday nights episode of the Hills...gotta see if Laren bails Brody out of Jail. My God I have no life anymore.

Thanks for the advice. I am not sure my little guy is fussy due to a tummy ache. Was your little guy going thru the same thing? Other people have recommended the gripe water as well, so I was going to pick some up because I am willing to try anything for my poor guy and our sanity

Ohh my gosh your post pretty much had me peeing in my bed pants.

I'm a tv freak and LOVE The Price Is Right.

Ohh and i'm sooooooooo jelouse you get to go out for a smoke. I also quit when finding out I was prego but now with all the stress I wanna smoke again especially while enjoying an icy cold miller light in the evening. But my husband keeps saying if you start smoking again ill be so disappointed so basically hes making me feel like a failure.

Oh how i would kill for a menthol.

Hey! Tiegans on Hungrier Baby formula (Cow and Gate) I give her the normal amount of what they would have on normal formula! She had 5oz each feed but it can go up and down on certain days! My baby was always hungry when I was on SMA! Found out it wasnt forfillin her so maybe u need to try other brands? She is fab on cow and gate now and sleeps well too xx

Hi again You might find noah is about to have a growth spurt. Morgan did the same this to me at around 3 to 4 weeks. I would have BF him every hour on the hour for the last 4 to 5 hours then he would look like he wanted more so I topped him up with expressed milk 60 to 70 ml then he was out cold.. He was to tired to suck from the breast, the bottle was easier for him. So each night after I have fed him on both sides I offer him a top up, some nights he will drink it all others he may not want it or half..

DH did this and it helped! Thanks.

cabbage leaves work wonders! i didnt bf my first and i used them while my milk was drying up. lay them on your breasts or place in your bra. tea bags work too but not as good.

Hi there! I just read your post by accident...I thought I was in month 2. I had my 2nd c-section on June 17, 2008. I too was concerned about this nasty saggy belly and I thought my uterus wasn't back down either. Now 11 weeks pp it is finally shrinking. It takes time and I know it gets frustrating but it will go down. The scar should get better too. It took me a while before I could wear "normal" pants because it would rub up against my incision...nasty! I am currently still breastfeeding and this is NOT making me lose weight any faster :( I have a few friends that have lost all baby weight plus some...not me, I have to work for it unfortunetely! As far as the sore boobs go....anything cool/cold. Be careful about the fever and headaches! Do you have bright red spots on your boobs that you can see? The fever and headache is a tell tale sign of mastitis....I've had it 2x now. You might have to take some anit-biotics to clear it up!
