Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Alexis08 - Sunday, 20 April Packing for the hospital
jen943 - Saturday, 19 April Yeah, my midwife said that it doesn't mean a thing other than when you do go into labor, you don't have as far to progress. Labor could go fast, but you still could be stuck at a certain centimeter for hours or days.
njdevchick - Saturday, 19 April I too was 3 cm dilated at my check-up on Wednesday and just lost my mucus plug from what I think, doctor said that doesn't necessarily mean anything, some women walk around 4 or 5 cm dilated for a couple of weeks before they give birth, who knows, all we can do is wait :)
mommy2ck - Saturday, 19 April about going earlier than may 7th: you could, but then again you could go all the way to your due date. i'm 37 weeks, 3cm, 85% thinned out and the baby's head is engaged! i'm also hoping i go earlier than my due date - may 9th....but my doc said she's seen women dilated even more than me that go past their due date! good luck!
babyboysmama - Friday, 11 April We waited 3 monts before we began trying again and then it was 13 months after that before we did get pregnant...We weren't really focused on trying over those 13 months, we just didn't use any birth control and figured it would happen eventually!
babyboysmama - Thursday, 10 April That's very difficult...it happend to me two years ago, April 2006. I had an ultrasound around 6 weeks b/c I had some spotting and I was able to see the heartbeat and everything, the heartbeat was a little low and my progesterone levels were low so I had to start taking a suppliment. I went back two weeks later for a follow up ultrasound and there was no heartbeat...I treid to allow my body to miscarry by itself for almost two weeks, but nothing happend so I had to have the D&C...It was a very hard experiance...I was in a LOT of pain for a good 3-5 days after the procedure and had to pass quite a few blood clots which was extreamly painful!!!! I'm praying for your sister and that she is strong enough to get through...In God's time she will have her little blessing!
yvobreske - Thursday, 10 April Group B streptococcus, or group B strep, is a bacterium that causes life- threatening infections in newborns. Group B strep can also cause disease in pregnant women, the elderly, and adults with other illnesses. Many people carry group B strep bacteria in their bodies without developing infection or illness. However, the bacteria can become deadly to people with weakened immune systems. Pregnant women can transmit group B strep to their newborns at birth. Group B strep is the most common cause of blood infections and meningitis in newborns. Most cases of group B strep disease in newborns can be prevented by giving certain pregnant women antibiotics during labor.

pgtchr3077 - Thursday, 17 Jan Hello there. I too lost 10lbs to begin with. I hadnt gained till recently. I have gained back 6 pounds so far. It will happen, dont worry.
jpcm - Thursday, 17 Jan Hi, I just read your post about losing 10 pounds. I just had my last dr's apt this past mon., and every appt. before that I had lost 2 or 3 pounds each visit/month. This past month I gained 3 pounds. I had lost 11 pounds and finally gained 3 back. I am a plus size pregnant mom of 1 16 month old little girl. When I was pregnant with her, I would gain and lose back and forth, altogether I gained only 6 pounds with her and she weighed 5 pounds when she was born. Don't worry as long as dr's say it is okay and eat what you can, i still worry about dr saying i lost because i still get sick in the morning and everytime I want 'SOMETHING' when I get it it looks and or smells grose...and then i don't want 'IT' LOL, I am losing more weight pregnant than when I was on diet pills. We are due around same time, congratulations, we are expecting alittle girl, Kimberlee Grace!!! We can't wait!!!
angie007 - Saturday, 6 Oct I read on the '8 week blog' that you cant stand the sight of food. Same here!! I miss eating and wanting to eat. As it is right now, I can't even stand the smell of food. Anyways, I hope you start to feel better soon!
