Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

EmilyDawson - Wednesday, 16 April That's way too funny. Yep my first name is Emily and last name is Dawson!!
21yrmommy2be - Tuesday, 1 Apr hi, well, as far as ultrasounds go, I had one when I first went in to find out how far along I was, then I had one in week 19 to try and find out the sex of the baby, and just check everything in general, but the baby was backwards and we couldn't tell the sex, so the ultrasound tech said she would write a note to reschedule saying that she couldn't see everything she needed to so we could try to see the gender again, and we go back tom., but basically if i hadn't have said that we wanted another to try to find out the gender, i dont think they were planning to do another one. i wish we could have one at every apt., but they cost about $350 each time, and some insurance plans dont cover them unless theyre necessary, so maybe ur ultrasound tech will write a note for u to have another one if u ask, but i think to have another one in two months may actually be above standard... hope this helps
firsttimemomtobe - Friday, 28 Mar Hey!! Congrats on being first time mom as well. My little girl moves around but not all day long. Usually around 9:30 to about noon. Then it's like she sleeps during afternoon then starts again in the evenings around 7:00 to about 9 or so. Sometimes I go for a day or so without feeling the movement. I've noticed, like this past weekend, I was super busy and never really set down for quiet time. So I realized I hadn't felt her move in about 2 days. So I tried to slow down, and still still for a while, and sure enough she would start kicking. So maybe in the evenings if you just lie down for a bit, and and relax..maybe u will fill something! Good luck hun! Also my doc said that movement everyday isn't really a big deal right now..one we get to about the 3rd trimester they really want u to pay attention to movement on a daily basis, then it might be cause for concern if not moving..but that's in 3rd trimester..
firsttimemomtobe - Wednesday, 26 Mar Sweet tea! Makes my little girl move. I don't drink very often, just trying to avoid the caffeine, but when I do she does flips. And sweetened with sugar, not artificial sweetners, as my doc said to stay clear of those. Anyway-good luck! Hope you get some movement soon!
Pachy - Tuesday, 25 Mar Cold chocolate milk does the trick for me.
mumofsix - Thursday, 20 Mar Hi, I am also not feeling baby much due to my placenta being at the front(anterior). It cushions the kicks so you only feel baby if he kicks away from it, I feel little movements down very low but nothing like my five others where It was all go everywhere. I think we will find that as baby gets bigger and stronger we will start to feel more movement but not as much as a person with the placenta at the back.
mumofsix - Thursday, 20 Mar It's fine that you are not showing much yet. With my first baby I was a good 6 months/25weeks before anyone started noticing. I am now on my sixth baby so things begin to pop out a bit earlier. I am still not huge though. I've got photo's on my VIP page if you are interested.
