Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.
Mother of Mi Raye of Light - Saturday, 22 November My baby is measuring the same. First I was actually due on the 17th of Feb, then it moved to the 12th and a week and half ago when I went she was measutring a week ahead. They haven't moved the due date again, but she's playing tricks. She working with momma cause I'm ready to meet her. She must be ready to meet me too. My mother in law is always right when she has a feeling about something. She keeps telling me I'm going to have a Jan baby. Maybe she's right.
Nikolle - Friday, 14 November That is really interesting!! Sounds about right though since the class I went to and the counselors for the follow up made it sound like it wasn't such a big deal, that it wasn't meant to be this strict thing. And the counselors just told me that I might need meds because my morning levels are a little high, but the way they said it sounded almost like it wasn't necessary, like I was just a lab rat or something.
Nikolle - Thursday, 13 November So you only had Gestational Diabetes with your second child? That is good news to hear for me sine I really want to try for a boy in a few years and I don't want to go through this again.
lovenkub - Wednesday, 12 November Thanks for responding.. I've been noticing them alot more this week for some reason. I thought it was maybe gas, b/c I have been SO constipated for the last 3-4 weeks, and just yesterday I started to have a normal bowel.. (Sorry TMI) - anyways, I was thinking maybe it all the junk making it way down.. ?? It's been on and off today. No real pattern, and it only last for about 30 seconds.. I seen the OB yesterday, so I know I'm not bleeding, or open at all. The heartbeat sounded good, although it was harder to find this time for some reason... I go Friday for an ultrasound, so I'm hoping they will be able to lend some advise as to what it could be. For now, I am going to monitor and chart, if they seem more frequent. This pregnancy stuff "aint no fun".. haha Good thing the prize at the end is so DAMN GOOD!!!! ;o) thanks again for taking the time! xox

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

starlynchavez - Thursday, 2 October Thanks Emma, it was helpful. My husband is not so he has pretty strong feelings on the non-curcumcism side. I will do some research and decide.
megan5579 - Wednesday, 1 October My hubby is from Menton, so very close to you! :) You live in a very beautiful place!
jimmysbabymama - Monday, 29 September Great! I'll have to try that. The only other ultrasound hubby saw was at 8 weeks and he thought all the amniotic fluid was the baby, so it'll be exciting to have him see an ultrasound now that looks a lot more like a baby and not so much like a bean!
Patty76 - Thursday, 25 September Hey there, I just read your message - where are you living? Sounds like it's a scorcher, I'm dreading summer when I'm going to look and feel like a whale in 40+ degrees!
Hey I was wondering the same thing - don't quote me on it but I think it may be around the 24 or 26 week mark?! Something says in the back of my mind that there was a miracle baby born recently at 22 weeks that survived recently though - might have to do a search on the net...
Hope all is well and you manage to stay cool

AshleyBeth - Thursday, 17 July Hey I read your post. We were going to wait until week 12 but just this week we decided to tell people. It's personal choice but I read a couple of places that the chances of miscarriage after week 8 (once you see the heartbeat) drop significantly. Not sure how incredibly reliable the sources are but we went ahead anyway. It was obvious cause I'm always throwing up and my tummy has grown noticibly. Good Luck with it all though!
foxy - Thursday, 17 July It's entirely up to you who and when you tell. A friend of mine announced it in church at week 8! Personally I think that is the wrong way to do it. You have to ask yourself if you are unfortunate enough to miscarry how will you handle everyone asking how the pregnancy is going every time they see you? We are having our EDS at 10+6 weeks tomorrow and if all goes well (fingers crossed!) we will be telling close friends and close family at the weekend, everyone else after week 13. I know it's 2 weeks inside the first trimester but it's getting so hard to hide the bump! I have been feeling like crap for the last 5 weeks too and don't like lying to everyone about why. I was supposed to be going for IVF this month (found out last month after ttc for 3 years that we were pregnant!!) and so everyone thinks it's the meds and keep asking me if I am ok. I feel really bad that they are concerned about me yet I am pregnant. And if I did miscarry between now and week 13 I would probably tell close friends and close family anyway. Not sure if this helps with your decision but I wish you luck with what ever you decide!
