Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

charrmd4me - Sunday, 3 Feb Thanks, thats very reasurring. I haven't introduced a bottle to my baby yet which is why I was so concerned. Last night I gave her a pacifer for about 30 min and she had no problem taking the breast this morning. Thanks again for the advice.
indelible - Friday, 25 Jan my acupunturist would not perform the induction procedure. They said they have to carry malpractice insurance in order to be able to do so. I hope it works for you though!!!
Indelible - Thursday, 24 Jan hey there, I feel the same way you do about being induced and I too am going to try acupunture. My doc has already set an appointment for me to be induced next Tuesday but I just don't feel right about it. I feel like I should give my baby some more time to come on his own. I'm literally losing sleep over the decision to keep the appointment or not. Please let me know how it goes for you.
laurenshea2 - Wednesday, 23 Jan You should have kicked her... just kidding of course :)
izzys-momma - Saturday, 19 Jan Hi. I read ur comment on pitocin and the pain but I just wanted to let u know that u can do it without an epidural even if u do get induced. Don't let the rumors of it being a worse labor scare you. I just had my 1st baby jan 3 and had to be induced with pitocin. It didn't make the contractions too bad but when they broke my water my contractions really started. They were close together and pretty strong but I did it without any pain relief and I'm sure that if u r really sure u want to have a natural labor u can do it. Don't let people talk u into it. Do what u want to do and stay focused with each contraction. take them one at a time and u will be able to handle it. my induced labor was about 7 hrs long and intense but doable. I think for me the key was really to breathe through each one as best u can and focus on the breathing. that made me not focus on the pain as much. I hope this helps and good luck. U can do it without the epidural.
baby mckenzie - Wednesday, 16 Jan very true indeed. thanks for the input on newborn diapers. i think i will just stick with that one as well. just to be safe. good luck!

kandonsmom - Thursday, 10 Jan Well everyone is different so you could go days or minutes. You never know. This is just what happened to me. By the way they always have a tendency to come when you have planned something or are really busy. I am not sure why but have yet to see other wise. I am sure it will all work out. Best of luck what ever happens.
kandonsmom - Thursday, 10 Jan Same exact thing happened to me with my first. I screamed because I thought something was wrong. I went in to hard labor about three hours later. Good luck.
JodiL - Thursday, 10 Jan Hey thanks, I'm always happy when anyone agrees with me! I see that you're a lawyer to. Are you gong back to work after the baby?
mommyslove - Thursday, 10 Jan Thank you for the response, LOVE the wedding picture! Never been to NY but my mom just got back, she went to visit for a week. I guess downtown, to see Macys, central park & the Handel Mass. play. She said all the decorations were UNREAL! However she felt a bit sufficated b/c of all the high buildings & mob of people. Said it was hard to see the sky it seemed. lol
proudmomma2b - Tuesday, 8 Jan hi! read your comment about low amniotic fluid. At 34 weeks I was measuring low too, and the doc told me to drink LOTS of water. Drink like a fish!! And he suggested I get a humidifier for my room because when using the heater in your bedroom, a person could lose up to a liter of fluid a night! I thought he was crazy, but sure enough, the humidifier worked. But the key is to drink water also!! Hope this helps you out a bit. Good luck to you!!
Andbabymakes5 - Wednesday, 26 Dec Too funny! You can come to our page any time! Another girl said that there was a lot of bickering going at 36 weeks and I wasn't going to go there but then my curiosity got the best of me. I feel for you ladies. It's no fun to have someone pushing everones buttons when our hormones do that enough lol :)
panda - Wednesday, 19 Dec I think every other appt I don't have growth. I am 39 weeks and measuring 36 weeks right now. It's been the past month that I just stopped. Baby was measuring small at the 37 week u/s. He's not in the 10th percentile - where they would really worry. But he's measuring in the 20th.
MollyDoherty - Tuesday, 18 Dec If you had been measuring normal up to now, but now you are measuring small, your baby probably dropped! Thats a good thing, it means he/she is getting ready for birth.
madeline - Thursday, 27 Sep you are welcome! I got no suggestions for the suit jackets. LOL. sorry!
