Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.
Laura Ward - Wednesday, 5 November Message to all: Message to all: Because of the controversial opinions and thoughts, please do not continue to discuss politics on the site. This includes private or public messages, comments, quotes, etc on ALL pages of the site, whether it be a weekly or monthly forum, your personal page or a friends page. If you choose to continue posting once this message has been posted, your account will be deleted from the site. Please report any member that continues to post these messages. Thank you all for your cooperation and help keeping this site friendly for everyone!

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

phonics - Wednesday, 13 August Yeah keep me posted with the cereal thing. I might try that as well. Mines has gas issues sometimes too, but it might be related to the breastmilk and not the formula.
mesi - Tuesday, 12 August Hi erika, Thanks for the heads up. You're like the 3rd person that's given me bad news about it. Did you get the copper one or the one that slowly releases hormones(Merena)? By the way, your daughter is adorably cute. I'm quite sure your 4 year old loves being mother's little helper
phonics - Tuesday, 12 August Thanks because my little one will eat until she is full, but then soon after she is hungry again. It takes us about 30 minutes to figure out she wants food because we just fed her so we think she needs something else.
mtnwoman(shelly) - Monday, 11 August Thank you for responding to my question. I appreciate all the advice I can get. I just hate being so nutty all the time. I'm just thankful the DH understands and doesn't get upset with me for being a lunatic!
singinghide - Monday, 4 August Glad to know I'm not alone. How long does it take you to soak up a pad? I went to the Dr and he said my uterus is too soft and that I shouldn't be bleeding this much. Now I'm on meds..... eek!
RobinG - Wednesday, 23 July HI there sorry for the delay, I'm out of town :) I know there are shots we can get but I was told docs will not do it anymore so dont know. I just wore a bra 24/7 and avoided any nipple stimulation and was careful to not allow my breasts under the hot water long in the shower as that encourages let down of milk. Took a while but it eventually stopped. I think if I could have gotten a shot I would have so doesnt hurt to ask :) Not sure why they stopped the shots so that is worth asking about too :)
BabyBennett - Tuesday, 18 Mar An example of an oily fish (supposed to be really good for you all the time) is wild caught Alaskan Salmon or any other fish high in 'Omega 3' oils. The reason that I mention the salmon is that it is supposed to have the highest levels of the Omega 3 out there. :)

katem08baby - Friday, 7 Mar haha I love the post's on your page, i hate when my bf blames everything on my pregnancy hormones! he always says 'we'll just let that slide cause your pregnant'... when hes the one acting like an idiot anyways I read your one from awhile back about the no sex, hows that working out for you? if you dont mind me asking.... after a couple times or trying i finally told my bf NO MORE! so he has suffered though the last couple months.. but i do feel at times that i am neglecting him
sandrawb - Saturday, 16 Feb I saw your post and the only trick that I know of is drinking some orange juice and lying down. Apparently the boost in sugar makes the baby want to dance. :) Good luck. Oh, and I LOVE your update on your page. I feel the same way. Sometimes I really just want my husband to get out of my face and leave me alone unless he has something REALLY nice to say...which is rare.
jmcbrown2002 - Saturday, 16 Feb Hey there, i seen your post about feeling movement..i JUST went thru this wed..lol...i would not stress..im 25 weeks and i still go days sometimes that i dont feel her move...some tricks you can try is drinkin really cold water or juice and layin on your left side for a hr or two..i know when i was stressing i called my dr's office and they had me drink a mt dew as fast as i could and sit for an hr to get her to move..of course my stubborn baby didnt budge and i went in and they did an u/s and of course she was fine..even moving a ton i just couldnt feel her...that night after dinner she moved all night till bed time...so anyways...truly do not get yourself worked up about it..the babies just like to be a lil more relaxed somedays!!! Just relax!!!
Penny1215 - Saturday, 16 Feb at only 18 weeks, it's fairly normal not to feel the baby move everyday....you probably won't feel it move everyday until after 22 weeks or so. Hope all is well. If it's stressing you out too much though you can always go and have them monitor you.
babythree08 - Monday, 28 Jan Congrats on your pregnancy.
