Yes it must be such a relief to have the normal results come back, I'm so pleased for you, it must have been such a worry. Good luck with the TTC, I'm right there with you.

Chases-momma - Tuesday, 18 Mar
howd things go with your tests?

nickee - Sunday, 9 Mar
Thank you for the birthday message. I am glad you are getting the surgery out of the way. Then you can just focus on making a baby. Did they tell you if it will be laser or leep?

Hey! Just wanted to thank you for the comment that you left me on my page about the colposcopy. Yeah, I have to get one next week on the 5th and I'm nervous about it. So i really appreciate you telling me about your experience. They don't think that I have anything to worry about but I have had 2 abnormal pap tests in the past 13 months so I have to get the colposcopy. I'll let you know how things go. Thanks so much and I wish you the best of luck with everything!

After I had my D/C it took almost 6 weeks to get AF back. Enjoy being period free while you can!

tinybean - Saturday, 23 Feb
Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Unfortunately I had 2 last year and the doctor told me that it varies when you will get your AF. I certainly would not be surprised if it takes a couple more weeks. I think on my first I got my AF pretty close to 4 weeks later and on my 2nd I believe it took about 5 weeks. Again it varies so don't be worried. And if the doctor didn't tell you - you are supposed to wait about 2 normal periods before you try again. Eventhough your levels go back down you still can have product of conception still present. I know I did when they did the ultrasound about 1 1/2 months later. Hope this helps. Any questions just send me a message. Wishing you the very best!

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I had two m/c within 8 months. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks for AF to visit again. And to wait until I had at least 2 normal visits until TTC again. Hopefully it all works out for you guys. Good luck.

clairek - Saturday, 23 Feb
hey there after my mc is took six weeks for my af to show up, hope this helps

ML28 - Saturday, 23 Feb
no problem. mine came exactally 5 weeks the first time and the second time it was 4 weeks. also after a mc sometimes you don't ovulate so it's really hard to tell. good luck.

ML28 - Saturday, 23 Feb
hey af can come anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks after a miscarriage. good luck.

rylansmommy23 - Saturday, 23 Feb
You AF can come anytime from 2 -8 weeks, I had a D&C on November 2nd and my AF came December 1st which my doctor said was quick. We imediatley started ttc November 14th as you do ovulate before you have your menstrual cycle...it has been 3 months since we lost ours at 9 weeks along...so just keep your hopes up and keep trying...I am in my 2ww as wee speak, Im hoping this month is a good month for both you and I!

spencerbaby1 - Saturday, 23 Feb
its hard when everyone's body is different. some women get it right on time.. take care

spencerbaby1 - Saturday, 23 Feb
hi, i have never gone through this but i have read many people talking about getting af sometimes 40 days after d&c. so just try and wait a bit until u test. good luck and i hope it comes soon for u, or ur prego again

I just wanted to stop by and encourage you. I had severe dysplasia that was found at my 6 wk checkup after my daughter. I had a conization done and even though it is more invasive it wasn't that bad. I wish you the best of luck....try not to be too nervous!

ourlittlehogi - Saturday, 16 Feb
hey girl,
just want to let you know that i'd been off the pill for 2 years when i found out i had grade II and some grade III dysplasia. i had a leep done, which from what i read is easier on the cervix to recover (that is according to my midwife too). i ended up conceiving for the first time one year after my leep, which we weren't sure was going to happen. the colposcopy was WAAAYYY more painful than the leep...it made the leep seem like no big deal at all. good uck and try not to worry.....this stuff turns out fine and it's good they caught it before it got to cancer. you'll make it through just fine...with a healthy baby to boot!

minnie*me - Saturday, 16 Feb
I was really hoping the lab had been wrong. Stay positive.... I'm sure everything will be okay. Let me know how things go okay?

lisa337 - Friday, 15 Feb
I hope everything comes back okay... keep me posted!

nickee - Friday, 15 Feb
Thank you for letting me know. I know it sounds kinda scary but it is very common. I choose to have the laser surgery instead of the conization. I did a lot of research on it and there are 3 options; conization (leep), freezing, or the laser. Let me know how you are doing.

Candice - Friday, 15 Feb
P.S. Happy Valentine's Day!
