Yeh I come home everyday after work and take about an hour nap. My husband comes home and says all you do is sleep. There is just no way to explain to him how tired I feel. Four more weeks and school is out though and I have just about decieded to take off whole days that I go to the doctor instead of 1/2 days since I am soooooo tired.

i doubt youll gain much more tho. i lost 19 pounds in the beginning from morning sickness, and no weight was sticking to me lol. finally at 21 weeks i gained. i eat all the time, im SOOO surprised i havent gained 100 pounds. i dont watch what i eat whatsoever. its bad :[ but, bedrest sucks! who wants to eat carrots on the couch all day? not me :P

Hello, thank you so much for your reply.....I did ask my consultant about it before I even found out I had it after reading about it on here and she basically said that it comes down to money and thats why they wont do it...good 'ol NHS......!

Oh, I have an ultrasound tomorrow to view my kidneys so hopefully we find out everything is ok. I won't actually know until the following week.

Thanks for the feedback! I really do hope that labor and delivery are a breeze. I'm sure it's really not that bad as it sounds.:) But it's still scary to hear some birth stories. As far as taking drugs, can you recommend something other than the epidural? What would be some good options?

thanks for venting on me! lol sometimes i read all of these profiles and eveyone seems like they have a perfect set-up i am glad that i am not the only one who has a few issues to get off of my chest. before i got pregnant i could go out and i loved to prove to him time and again that i could drink him under the table and now everythings different and i hate to be "that" girlfriend but if i don't stick up for myself no one will.
i've already told him and he agrees with me that he owes me for soo many nights after i have this baby.

I was deeply touched by your story. you truly have been thru the fire! and thanks for your comment on breastfeeding, that was a very timely comment. and I too am glad to know that! I breastfed my son but would have probably not known that it is ok to keep on when your sick. :) God Bless you and your baby!!

Hello and thank you for your comment. My Dr. was measuring me with a tape measure when she told me that she thought my uterus was large so she wanted me to get another U/S to see how big the baby is. Even though she made it seem like it was no big deal I was still worried. Probabaly the hormones. But my husband made a good point when he told me that if the Dr. thought is was a big deal she would have scheduled my u/s for sooner than my next 4 week appt.

Hey congrats!!! Just wanted to say Dont feel bad about 40 lbs!!! I've gained 32 so far!! and I didnt loose any befor i got pregnant haha I think as long as were healthy and the baby is healthy its fine! we'll just work hard to get it off afterwards hehe but thats ok!! I feel bad sometimes too but then i just think there's a baby in there and im supposed to gain weight and everyone is different!! Anyways just wanted to say that haha Hope your feeling well :)
