Hi there! I was intrigued to write to you as I see that we are nearly the same age (I will be 35 when my baby is born). I am currently 7 1/2 weeks. Quick question. Due to your age, were your doctors insistent on certain tests (i.e. CVS, Amnio, etc.) or no? Thanks!

Thank you! This week is dragging so bad of course. We are so excited for Friday. That is such a cute idea about waiting til Christmas... even to tell other family members. I don't think we can pull that off though. Everyone is so eager for our appointment this Friday, our phone will be ringing off the hook if we don't share the news right away. .

So other than doing what you would of wanted to do, did you have a good time? lol where did you go? I think it's truly a blessing to be able to carry a baby so I think you are blessed, and that's so much better than what you missed out on!! I'm sure you already know that!! I am doing well. I totally don't think I am prego this month. I just don't feel like it's our time just yet! I am more than ok with that, because whenever it does happen it will be so much better than when I would have wanted a baby. Soooo, we will continue to stay positive and hope for the perfect time

Thank you so much for that it is def reassuring!!! Yes I have been a CNA since highschool and I love it! I currently work in a Assisted Living Facility and I couldnt ask for a better job! Yes I do plan on attending school later after the baby is about a year old! I want to spend the first year with the baby as much as possible!:) Having a good week for sure!! Today is my first day in week 15 so thats pretty exciting! Cant wait to start showing!

I'm so sorry to hear about your previous miscarriages, but so excited about your "sticky" baby!
I guess we'll wait until our ultrasound on Dec. 18 to find out the gender.........gotta save as much as we can, LOL. It's really really hard to wait though. I'm getting tired of calling the baby "it". We have a pet name of peppermint for it, so that helps, I guess. :)
