Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Laura Ward - Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

soon2Bmommyof3Amy - Tuesday, 9 September Congratulations on your baby boy! :) It's been awhile, I know, but I just wanted to say that and hope all is well w/ you and your family! Take care! :)
z-mommy - Tuesday, 19 August congratulations and thanks for the labor dust!!!
thx4grace - Thursday, 14 August Awwww - hun... don't cry. I know it is hard not to feel disappointed, but you will be holding your angel soon and be a beautiful new mother! How exciting. :O) And YOU get to have that happen sooner rather than later! Take it easy, take care of yourself, and love on that baby! Good luck!!!!!!
tdotali - Thursday, 14 August Of course you need to do what's best for him, I think we all want that for our babies:) Well then..good luck and happy recovery!
tdotali - Wednesday, 13 August I know that doctors are obviously more knowledgeable then we are...but remember, they are doctors and they look for pathology, that's what they do. And I have found from reading on the forums that American doctors are much more keen on pushing for induction and c-sec because it's faster, easier and they end up making more money. I'm probably going to need to be induced due to placental problems, but my doctor's are waiting it out until the last possible moment. If you don't want a c-section, then don't have one. (unless of course it's an emergency) Insist that you try to do it the way you want:) Trust your instincts and your body, it knows what to do
ReadyOrNot - Wednesday, 13 August I wish mine was a little bigger so they would induce. She is estimated at just over 7lbs right now and the doc is saying probably about 8.5-9lbs by delivery. That is scary too since my first was only 4.5 and literally about fell out! LOL!!! I am having tons of contractions but it is all false labor and still nothing is happening. All the pain is in vain! I can honestly say that I have many more meltdowns ahead if I go to 41 weeks. I had my mind set at 38 since that was when Lillie came. 38 has come and gone and each passing day is disappointing! I am just so ready for this to be over. People I'm sure are telling you not to let them induce because of big baby and normally I would say not a good idea but if they gave me the option I would care if she weighed 5lbs at this point...just get this baby OUT! Good luck maybe they will let you have that chunk that day!
ReadyOrNot - Tuesday, 12 August I have been at the big fat ZERO too. I cry everytime I leave. He told me today he doesn't induce until 41 weeks. I don't even call anybody after I leave anymore. My phone has been ringng all day and I refuse to answer. It is embarrasing! I don't know why but it is... I never dialated with my first either but I went into labor at 38 weeks. I dialated about 30 minutes before I had her so I try to just remember that, but I have a different doctor and hospital this time. This baby doesn't have any complications which I am thankful for but that is why they won't induce!!! Venting to you I know I am just so upset and wanted to share with someone else who's cervix was as challenged as mine. It is hard to recieve encouragement from someone at 3cm and 50-100% effaced!!!
meka717 - Tuesday, 12 August I'll wish you the best with your ultrasound and whether or not you will have a vaginal deliver or c-section! But, I did want to give you a word of encouragement about delivering naturally. It is possible. I'm not a big woman at all and I have HUGE children. All natural. They wanted them both to be delivered by c-section and I refused and told them both times to let me labor first and if I couldn't then to do the c-section. Luckily for me it worked out. Hopefully for you too?!!!
HeatherWood - Thursday, 7 August hey i was having the same problem with not knowing if it was real contractions or not but what happens with me is my lower back starts hurting really bad and my whole abdomen gets tight and when i have one the pain is way down low where u would get like a period cramp only the pain from it is worse and of course they do get closer together so if u r ready and this starts keep walking to keep them going and call ur doc of course :) gl
soon2Bmommyof3Amy - Wednesday, 6 August Thanks! Yea, let me know how it turns out! :) Good luck!
