aanaka - Monday, 4 August I don't have any degrees in music : ( My fiddle is mostly self taught with some lessons as a teen and an adult. Most are surprised, however, at how well I play for being mostly self taught. I'm the 3rd generation fiddler in my family so I suppose that probably has much to do with it. I love the sound of the flute. It goes so well with both classical violin and fiddle. I hear you on the singing!!! I always say that i sing through my fiddle and thats as close as anyone will hear me sing lol.

I play violin/fiddle (mostly irish fiddle) but I have had no interest in playing since the first day I got morning sickness. : ( Now that I do want to play its really hard to because it wakes up baby and she can't seem to kick and punch to tempo and time signatures lol.
