but the girl twin is engaged, she is really low so that isn't helping my back as well.

Okay so I just lost what I wrote so here I go again!! A belated happy birthday to you too. I'm feeling a bit old now although I am glad that I waited until now to have him so that I could live a little first. I am still undecided with the whole solid thing - I'm just not sure he is ready yet. I put a spoon in his mouth the other day and he was less than impressed. I've bought spoons, tubs and farex so we are all ready to go! His spitting up has improved greatly over the past week too which is a pleasant surprise. have you been getting out much? It's getting so hot here now - think that we will take Finlay swimming soon.kx

Sorry, yes Finlay was 4 months yesterday and I was 29 on saturday - ugh!! He has been great - he is so interested in everything at the moment and gets tired during the day so is taking lots of naps!!

My kids birthdays somehow got changed. I have a 10 year old girl, and a 14 year old boy. Couldnt imagine twins last year and expecting again in Dec. Sorry... But yes Im expecting a another girl, KATIE LYNN. Its been ten years since ive had a little one but soooo excited. Had my glucose test today, so i gladly sat down and enjoyed a big piece of cake tonight. Ive only gained 15 lbs. so far so im hoping this test comes back ok! Its nice to have friends to talk to on here cause being 40 and pregnant, also still working releaves stress to sit down and chat for a while.. keep in touch. Let me know how your little one is. your little KATE!!!!!!!!

Hiya, yeah we are good thanks and you? Yes my hubby too has been spoiled today. His favourite thing was the card that we had made him. My friend is good - struggling a bit with breastfeeding but so many women do. Another friend in Scotland had a boy too (9lbs 6oz). There seems to be so many boys being born this year! katie will have her pick when she is older! Oh Mel named her son, Lucian (apparently it is french for Lucas) and my friend in Scotland called her son, Christopher.
That's good that Katie recognises you so much now - it makes your heart melt, huh? They are so much fun at this age.
Fin hasn't been spitting up the past few days - maybe he is finally growing out of it!

Thanks so much for your message, yes I feel exactly the same, and some days are better than others. I feel so helpless when I can't comfort him, then I pass him to his dad and he quietens straightaway! But I did manage to get a smile from him today and it made me feel a lot better. You're right, its such a massive change, I suppose we must expect some big ups and downs.

heya hunny thanks for your reply to message and to my pic lol. that's good that Katie is so happy on the formula, i got told it fills them up more and they put on weight heaps good and it's easy coz u can just go out and drink and not worry if its in your system or not. don't have to worry about stuffing about trying to pump out milk

. Thats the part that i hate, trying to get enough milk in between feeds and because I'm feeding her on demand it makes it even harder and i can't drink which sucks

. But hopefully this weekend I'll be able to coz i already have a full bottle frozen in the fridge and i should be able to get another. will next weekend be the first time out for u? yay!!! and u get to drink, it really sucks not being able to drink for so so long, even know i just want to just one time coz u just need to release and relax. my belly is going down and is almost back but like u said i still have that ugly muffin top hangover as well its so ugly. i don't fit into any of my pants any more i was a xxxs before i was preggo and now I'm a small which is good coz i was way way under weight. I love ur daughters name it's so adorable. No i don't have facebook yet i am going to make an account when i have time lol. xoxo

Hiya, how are things? I had a kranky man yesterday - he threw up after every bottle except his night time one. I am going to talk to the GP next week when he gets his 4 month jags. It's weird cos he laughs after he does it. I went through 3 chnages yesterday, think he had 4!!! My poor washing machine. Yes we had lots of fun doing the card - i think he still has ink under his nail - I was quite impressed with the effort though.

As for the cereal thing, if Katie is happy I would just leave her - i wouldn't think that she would get fat with a little bit of cereal. Every mum and bub is different so just go with your gut! I know that a lot of the american mums give their bubs cereal earlier and they are all fine! I bought spoons and tubs yesterday so i think I will get some baby rice and start him in 2 weeks - hopefully that will help the spit upn thing!

That is good about your job too, especially that they hold it for 2 years and that you can go back part time!

So what have you been up to? How has katie been? That's great that she sleeps right through - it is a life saver isn't it? I can cope with Fin being Kranky during the day if he sleeps at night.

One of my friends just had a baby boy yesterday so we are going to visit them today! I hope that it doesn't make me broody for another one already!! I will have to keep popping that pill!!
