i was thinking about sprinkling it in her bottles, but im not sure :/ she eats about 8, 6oz bottles a day. i know shes healthy and all, but i dont like seeing her spine stick out as much as it does. its kind of..gross? hahah

5 times a day? really? she eats about 8 or 9. depends on the day. at her check up they were shocked at how much she ate cus shes not fat hah. i was so worried because shes so skinny, and they said its a fast metabolism. i dont know where she gets it. im fat, her dads fat..no clue ha

I stopped bfing at 4 weeks and am now at just over 11 weeks and I can still get a little clear colostrum when I squeeze my nipples... But I have cycled once, right at 4 weeks when I stopped bfing.

I stopped pumping about 1 month ago and still have milk. Its not alot but I can still get some out. I also have noticed lots of thick discharge like when I was pregnant or about to start my period. Hopefully I will start soon so I can start my birth control. Dont worry about anything it seems like we are going through the same thing.

Your milk can still come out for a fue months after you breastfeed. I would stop making it come out LOL I know it's just a little bit but it still telling your body to make more. Your discharge is fine your body is going back to normal. Take care. With my 2ed after a HOT bath I would see a little WAY after she stopped.

i had thought about giving him another ounce at a time, but im scared that hes getting too much.. since the dr already told me he was too big. But i think that since he is a big boy, that he requires more food... i just dont know.. im going crazy over it!

hey mate, i didnt get 8 hrs sleep it was between 6pm-2am, but i did get about 5hrs!! I got 5hr gaps last night YAY ive been trying 2 give him formula at night for a top up but his not interested but it is after ive bfed him.
hows katie going with her pains poor little thing. coopers going good but is pretty fussy during tge day ands gets lots of wind!
i havent lost my joey pouch either!! hahaha

i wouldn't worry about that hun it just shows that she is advanced in preference n that's very cleaver, my mum said today some babies do things quicker than others but your baby may decide to take her first steps at 9 months and others may not until over 12 months.

soon you won't be able to stop her smiling Hun shes perfectly normal and progressing real good

Oh don't stress bout formula, it's fine... I have a fussy babay at the moment he seems to only feed for 10 mins max and gets angry if I try ad put him on again too many times?? But still gettn wet and poopy nappies... I have 1st time mother group soon so I am going to talk to the nurse about him. The other night I think I got 3 hrs sleep max.It was crazy. Last 2 nights have been better thank god, but still only get 4hrs between feeds max. I am quite comfortable with b feeding now. Just his not drinkung for as long!
MMM i would like a beer! But think I would get tipsy real easy too!!
Cooper looks like me not Daniel it's funny how it all works hey!

All is going pretty well, everyday is so different and night!! today he had quite a few naps which was good, I took him and the dog for a walk, and I put him in his cot for a nap, he looks tiny in it compared to bassinet!! Then this arvo we both slept from about 4pm-6.30pm!! he started to stir so i got him up and put him in bouncer while i got his bath ready, turn around and his asleep!! ha anyway he finally went to sleep at about 9!! Daniel came home at 7.30pm and tossed round for a while (showered got on internet) and then wanted to hold and talk to him.
Cooing usually happens at change time and mainly while he is laying down, only a few times while i have been holding him, I have had a few smiles.
He is a bit fussy when I feed him too, sometimes, drinks normal and takes himself off other times, on and off, sometimes burps are needed then ok, other times no burps at all!! sometimes both sides other times 1 side! Sleep is ok i guess usually 3-4hrs between feeds, 4hrs from6pm-bout 4or5am then 3 hrs and 2 hrs from then till night again!

Cooper is also only in some 4zeros and some 3 zeros too now!

They do grow so quick hey!! scary

I don't think a baby can sleep too much - just be thankful that your little one is letting you get some sleep! If they are hungry or uncomfortably wet they will wake up. My little girl slept for 8 1/2 hours one time a couple of nights ago - it was great! But my question about her is can they sleep too much around the clock? She literally sleeps ALL day, waking up maybe twice for about half an hour and then little brief 10 minute snippets here and there. I am able to get a lot done around the house, though... Enjoy your sleep!

hey i have been expressing off my worst breast and feding on the other one. Cooper has also been a little fussy and up quite allot and wanting more milk! he gulped down 60ml from bottle in 5 mins! the lactation consultant just rang me and she is very happy that the pumping is working for me (they will do anything for you not to give up the breast!) I have to take some more pics and put them up of him, my pentax doesnt seem to be very good for takn pics inside so i have to find the other camera! I have some on my facebook, my name is Catherine Gangur if you want to hook up, then you can see them.
I hope me and mum will be better now that she has a grandson too!
I went for a walk yesterday and one just before, i have definately lost fitness!!! and need to loose 12kg still to get back to pre preggo weight!! oh well it will work out. How are you going sleeping during the night? Cooper seems to sleep for 4-5 hrs before midnight then up every 2 1/2 - 3hrs until 9am!

hey i havent been online for a while, I try and bath cooper every day but sometimes it's every second, i just wash his face and butt etc. his skin isnt too dry which is good. the shields were shit, tried them once he couldnt get much milk from me and then i got engorged! plus its harder for him to latch on with them and he sucks on my nipple, which is what got me in this mess. i have started feeding him normal hold on both sides and i think the cracks may have gotten a little better, but i think i will switch to bottle, as it stresses me out too much trying to bfeed, i dont want to be worrying about been sore, my mum came over yesterday i was crying when she arrived as i was feeding, it was great she changed my sheets for me and put away washing put rubbish out etc... we are not close and i felt very close to her yesterday! which is good... i actually went for a walk today which was good, and made tea early daniel will be off to work soon so next 2 nights home alone with cooper... how did ya horses go?
