I believe the heart rate thing is a old wives tale, but I must say with my experience all of my girls have had fast heart rates. They were between 150-160. Sometimes they drop a little lower but that was always the most consistant rate... How are things going?

Ok lady's I have a couple of questions. Please forgive my ignorance!lol My wife's dr. said he hasn't seen a uterus like hers in ten years. I guess for twins it usually measures 3 1/2 while my wifey's measures 5 1/2. Doc says it great and he is excited.lol while my wife is extremely uncomfortable. she is 31 weeks today I think? she told the dr. to c section her b/c she can't take anymore pain after 34 weeks, he laughed and said with her castiron uterus he wouldn't. My question is what does the uterus do? the bigger the more the baby can grow? what about the cervix, when it softens what does that mean? I would ask my wife however she might get agitated by me.lmao please let me know!!!!

cmmbear - Tuesday, 8 July
I always ask advice on here first, lol, before asking the Dr. I try not to freak out about stuff and call my Dr constantly. And I've found that some things that I've asked the Dr about and they give me an answer that scares me half to death can be something that is really simple. You'll have to read some of my entrys on my page, lol. I don't ask any of the nurses questions anymore! Plus the people here have or are going through it also so you can get all kinds of opinions.

I have started to drop which happened a little over a week ago... The baby seems to get lower everyday! But things are hanging in there. I lost a bit of my mucus the other day as well, but I still think I am going to make it! Hope all goes well for you!

cmmbear - Monday, 7 July

mumsie26 - Saturday, 28 June
he says that now hopefully he`ll stick to it sleep. lol .. i am lucky hubby does nappies and housework when not at work but no all men do..good luck.. its good for you and him and the bay if he helps out and that closeness too..
i think its lovely having them close together some of mine are more like twins they are that close in age only 17 months between the oldest girl adn boy adn they do everything together.. teh others are within a few years i think the oldest gap between mine is 3 years... but they all are close which helps..
i am very uncomfy andtired more with this one and the last compared to when i was younger with the others i don`t know if this is age, weight or cos i had so many? unsure
if you can get sleep while hubby looks after the baby then your lucky..i get to have a nap sometimes now in the day which really helps .. not long but even just to close your eyes and relax is nice ..and a nice warm bath is nice for relaxing especially if uncomfy . lets hope that hubby of yours keeps to his word..lol..smile

Hi,
hell yeah i know eactly what you are experiencing, I have restless leg syndorme, its AWFUL, and yes keeps you awake at night which is when its most prevelant,
I do get it in the day as well, usually towards the evenings when i sit down, Its a nightmare and you have this real compulsion to move your leg and you CANNOT help but fidget!
I went to see my GP and she told me there was nothing i could do about it, i think cos of being pregnant, and it is quite common in pregnancy too - she was very sympathetic cos she had it as well LOL.
Dont know what to suggest to you mate cos im struggling with it too - so if you hear of anything that works, give me a shout i'd love to know,

Hope it goes soon for you, take care now xxx

Hi, I read you post about the tingling in your legs and it sounds like RLS resless leg syndrome. I'm not sure if it's common in pregnancy, i think it is, the baby could be laying on your nerves. Hope you feel better. Tell your doctor
