Walked off and on today for 2 hrs.....and then had some really HOT BBQ for dinner...so hot I think I could have spit fire.

I have not tried the thyme or primrose oil... If his head is not engaged... I don't see how it would help ya know.
I'm dilated 3cm....but that's it... IF I can get some sex tonight maybe he'll come soon....

Hiya, my midwife says to run a warm bath (not hot) and kneel in t here with your belly in the water and put an ice pack on your back. Lol, you may need some help getting out again at this point though!!

hello, saw your posting in 38 weeks....I read somewhere that ice placed on your belly can be used to turn a baby...the baby will get cold and move away from the ice and thus turning the right way

I just read your message on week 38 and wanted to say I am sorry the doctor was such a jerk to you. I had my baby 7 weeks ago, so I soo know how you feel. An insensative doctor is the last thing you need right now. You are uncomfortable(your 9 months prego you can complain all you want), and I feel for you, hang in there......!

i am having the same issues as you are. I hear that right before birth could be a week or more for real time length but your body starts to clean it self out for the birth. Thats not from some text book though thats just from people around at work and friends that have had babies telling me this. I am on day 6!!! :)

Hiya, just read your post on 39 weeks, Thank goodness someone is going through the same!!!! I thought I had a tummy bug! Your symptoms are pretty much exactly the same as mine, and I have no idea what's going on. Please let me know if you find out anything! I'm really hoping it's pre-labour symptoms and it's going to shift on soon into real labour - good luck!

Oh dear Hugs. sucks when things go wrong to with your relationship when your so pregnant . All our emotions are so much stronger and sometimes unstoppable. I have just been through a hell weekend with my guy over something he did that made me incredibly angry and shook the core of my trust I have for him. I feel for you and i trust you will find the strength within you to get through all of this. Life can be so complex at times, would be nice to be nice and relaxed don't you think?.

hi kristy,

at my birth classes the midwife said if you get diahria when your close to the end it can be a sign that labour is near by and its a good thing if you get it before labour beacause you are less likely to poop yourself when your pushing the baby out coz your bowls will be empty. :)

Hey! I have been having diarheea (sp?) for the last few days also... which is really strange for me because i am on a iron pill and my pre-natal vitiman has EXTRA iron and usually when you have to take iron supplements it constipates you.... my dr. told me that it is normal when i saw him this thursday and alot of other people have told me that its actually a good sign because your body is "cleaning itself out" before you go into labor... but yea, from what my dr. said its normal..just aggrivating lol
