kirstensmommie8 - Sunday, 15 June Aww... ur a teacher!! Awesome!! I'm an elementary ed major/ english minor! So I have to student teach this semester and I'll be done!! Hallelujah! This is so cool.... same name, same due date, and same occupation (kinda). And I totally know what you mean about preferring the little ones. That's exactly why I'm an Elementary Ed major. I can't too much deal with older kids.
Well, what's been going on with your pregnancy? Morning sickness or what? Have u had any showers yet?
kirstensmommie8 - Saturday, 14 June I'm doing really good! How is everything going with you? I'm from South Carolina. I'm a senior at SC State University. Where are you from? And yes, this is my first little one and I'm super excited! It actually doesn't seem like I've been pregnant that long, it's actually gone by fast. Although my body is about like yours and about to fall apart, I'll make it a little while longer. Keep in touch!
firstbaby4lisa - Friday, 13 June awww so cute, look at the little lips! my hubby talked me out of the 3d ultrasound, but now I wish I had done it!
kirstensmommie8 - Thursday, 12 June Hey!! How are you? I just found it very ironic that my name is Kristy, your name is Kristy and we're both due August 19. How cool is that? Well, hope to hear from ya soon!
km-dickson - Tuesday, 10 June Oooh, I will definitely try that then! I'm only 22 weeks, but whatever we can do, I'm doing. Thank you for the reply!

kristin14 - Monday, 28 April Ok - so mine just came back allllll over my stomache and boobs on Friday - it was like 80 degrees here (Philly) on Friday, so my hubby thought it was a heat rash - but it just stopped itching yesterday!! It was soooo bad. But I think I know what it's from - Palmer's Coca Butter Tummy Butter!! I've put regular Palmers Coca Butter lotion on for months and when I went to get more the lady told me to get the "Belly Butter" bc it was better ... so I put it on for a week and then I got the other rash and stopped (it wasn't near this bad)... then it went away and I put the Belly Butter on Tuesday and Wednesday and I got this disaster, so I stopped on Thursday and the rash is going away now...
Kristin14 - Wednesday, 23 April Oh no! :-( My doctor said she thought it was a heat rash - but I've had it for a week - so I think she's wrong ... sometimes I think the doctors have no idea!
kristin14 - Saturday, 19 April Really? On your stomache?
ANDREANICOLE - Saturday, 19 April Well, I think you're lucky to feel your baby, mines doesnt move hardly at all!
kathy24 - Thursday, 17 April I miss my brain to!!! LOL
lulizzle - Monday, 14 April I'm glad someone else knows what I'm talking about...lol! And thank goodness they are hyper little things that move around so much...without that constant movement I would go crazy with worry!
august20 - Saturday, 12 April I was put on bed rest because I'm having twins and have a high chance of going into premature labour. I've also had a kidney infection the past 2 weeks urinating blood. I'm completely not prepared (mentally) to be on bedrest, I was doing so much before! I guess after 30 weeks it doesn't matter anymore, the babies should be fully developed then. Hope you're feeling well!
augustbabe - Saturday, 15 Mar Hey, I have the same discomfort during and after I pee. I also sometimes have have like an ache or heavy feeling in my bladder. I've had two urine cultures done and both have come back fine. My doctor told me that sometimes our bladders feel uncomfortable due to our uterus sitting on it. Get tested and then you will know if it's just another weird pregnancy thing.
jettsmomma - Saturday, 15 Mar Hi Kristy, as for the pain you are experinecing after urinating...it is never a bad idea to just have the doctor check it out. You could very well be able to 'fix' whatever it is without anymore pain or discomfort for the remainder of the pregnancy. I, too, always waved away pain and going to the doctor, but after having our first son, I have learned to just check out anything out of the norm just in case! Good Luck!
hetibelle - Tuesday, 4 Mar Hi Kristy, thanks for posting my page! I went to the doc cos I was worried about it...I never had this with my other 2 babies! I have no other symptoms...no chest pain, fluid retention in the ankles, high bp, and I haven't drank too much caffeine so they are not worried! they are testing my thyroid but it's really only to rule it out.....I think it's quite normal...just feels a bit weird!! I hope you are well otherwise and if you get any other symptoms then maybe get it checked out....thanks again and good luck with your pregnancy!! xx
Jaclyn82 - Monday, 3 Mar hey. Thanks for the response. I didnt know that about green tea. Thanks! i use such a small amount. I bought the powdered kind like to make a big thing only i use a drop in my water bottle just so its not just plain water. I am gonna read about it. Good luck and thanks!!!!
devgood - Monday, 3 Mar You are not the only one! I have been feeling the same thing with the 'elastic under the ribs feeling' Not sure why this is but its strange. Its right under my rib in the middle of my chest.
lebedkat - Tuesday, 26 Feb Hi Kristy! I already read one book that was advised at my midwife's website. I got 2 books from the list, now I'm reading the second one. I would highly recommend them, really!!! It opens the eyes for a lot of issues. The first book is Gentle Birth Choices by Barbara Harper, and the 2nd Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way by Susan McCutcheon. I got them from Ebay... I can give you the web address of my midwife, there are some books on her list and the most important Birth Stories of women who gave birth at home. They are so inspiring, after reading them I didn't have any doubt. www.beyondconceptionmidwifery.com If you read them, tell me what you think!
lebedkat - Wednesday, 20 Feb Good luck Kristi!!! You are brave..:))) But it is really the best choice out there. Did you dead any books on that yet? Do you have midwife?
godzuki - Sunday, 17 Feb Definitely take the medication the Dr. has prescribed. You have to take care of yourself in order to take care of your fetus. Don't suffer unnecessarily. Get better soon!!
kellyc - Sunday, 17 Feb Kristy about the medicine, I too just got back fromt he doctor and they gave me meds that are in the B range for pregnancy A is best but that is water B is OK C is not good at all. I have a sinus infection and bronchittis. I talked to my mom and OB and they both said that taking the meds and getting better would be better for the baby because if i stayed sick and kept my fever that could damage the baby more so they said get better! I also have a 11 month old and when i was preg with him i was sick as well and had to take meds and all turned out great! I am a teacher too and have lost all focus on school!
TWINGIRLS08 - Saturday, 16 Feb Thanks for responding to my comment! CONGRATS! To you on your pregnancy. GOOD LUCK!
