I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

lol!! she probably spit up when she realized she sh*t herself that bad ^^ she actually sounds really cute :D the projectile stuff should eventually end- i guess i did that when i was a baby and it went away around 6 months.


we're not sure how his shoulder is going to work out. if hes able to rehabilitate his shoulder after surgery (or before, even) than we will admin. sep at 10 years of service as a Corporal in 2010. if his shoulder IS messed up, we might be put on a med board- but the dr's on a med board have to put down on paper that you are "as good as you can get" with treatment before they can medically seperate you.. his dr's estimate that he will be ready for that final-say JUST before his admin sep... so they might just hold off and let him start those seperation papers first. that way he gets medical benefits, AND the 36 (or half, depending on the medical stuff)


i dunno. im not counting on ANYTHING and am just socking money away. our car will be paid off before then, and we're finishing up his credit card debt as we speak ^^ so im just hoping with careful planning things go well.


you know... we meant to just get one dog... the little black schnauzer chris wanted- but when we went back to visit... i put my foot down on wanting my little Bree! she was who I LIKED when we went the first time, and i couldnt get over her! it turned out perfect, she's a littled doll :D the only stipulation was that our last cat had to find a home before beth came home.


which ended up better for him. hes used to TONS of people and animals and was getting ferociously lonely at night and during the day when we were busy/gone. he went to a navy family with two dogs, two kids and another cat. lol. they seemed like good people- so im glad he went to them.


at any rate.. the house is so quiet with just Bree! I don't know what to do with myself! we spent the weekend finishing up some cleaning... but now im at a loss, lol!


i gtg though. i think i might go for a walk if its not too windy out :D have fun with lil ina today!!

lol!!! gawd, g cup nursing bra *sighs* i was happy to go up to a size C when I was engorged, lol!! I've had NO breast tenderness these entire 8 weeks- and I think it's due to there being *plenty* of space, since they were so stretched last pregnancy. they will probably never be as perky and small again :( just saggy and ;( oh well. it's my goal to have implants of some sort, oneday. superficial, maybe. but i HATE the way my boobs look now!


you sound like you have the mommy thing totally down :D is it as hard as a lot of people make it out to be? Do you let her sleep with you, or does she go in the crib? What do you do with her when she's awake?!?! lol ^^ i know so little about children.


is the birth story on your normal website? i still have the link ;)


poor doggies :( but really, it's for the best.


we are still thinking about the VA loan, and we are eventually going to do it... but we need to fix Chris' credit, and we need to get ourselves set. Which means Chris finishing college, and me starting it. I dont want to blow my VA Loan on a place that is going to be outgrown by my family. I would rather wait a few years, and use it when we are more stable. The lack of downpayment thing is really nice- and I want to save that opportunity.


It should only be a few years before we buy! But in the maentime I found great housing (apartments, albeit) right around our price range, that allow pets. I'm sure they will be around when we get out- and we've already got money starting to be set aside for the security deposit.


what i was HOPING for was for Chris to be admin sep'd at his higher tenure, and we would get the 36grand seperation. BUT with his shoulder hurt... he's missing his second PFT this next week, and will be put on med board. if we are discharged from the med board before he seperates- we get nada (although the dr's already agreed to holding off on their "final appraisal" after his surgery, lol).


bleh. life changes, things are different and my crib is finally painted black. now all i need is a shiny top coat ^^ we are REALLY pushing to get a new house soon. we called the base inspector and he was pretty pissed oue issues hvae been ignored (you know, waterfalls in my laundry room and possible/probable black mold in the walls). so we shall see where that goes in the next two weeks. its too bad housing is hard to find offbase in hawaii for less than 2500 a month (we only get 1925 for BAH)

I got to see my little nephew last weekend (and hold and feed him--Goodness though, it is a little difficult to hold a newborn with a big pregnant belly!)

So any advice on labor and all of that?
