just thought i should update quick caden is so big now! he is 17 months now, he walks runs and tries to copy most of what we say, and do. he is so funny and knows where most of his body parts are and how to say them, he knows animals andwhat sounds they say. he loves to dance and is starting to love to give kisses. Carter is now over a month old and getting so big he was born at 7 lbs 2 ounces and is now up to 10 lbs. hes starting to make some noises and looks at everything. hes starting to stick out his tounge to copy people. i was him to stay small forever but also cant wait for his to grow up and play with his big brother. caden loves carter and likes to give him kisses and likes to make him follow him where he goes. will upload pics soon

I am now 30 weeks pregnant!! I have had one scare and spent the night in the hospital, im hoping to make it farther then i did with caden but who knows!! Thats still another 5 weeks away!!! But anyways ive gained more already then i did the whole time with caden and i hope i can lose it all faster!!! But anyways Caden is so big now!!! he is WALKING now its so weird to see him just go whereever he wants he looks so much like a little man now and i love him to death!!! I just hope he loves his brother!!!!

Well i think the 17 p shots are finally figured out they are shipping them to my house tomoro then a nurse will come tomorow to give me one! Im so scared to get these shots i have heard they hurt really bad.

Hopefully it wont be to bad though, caden is getting so big and its been so crazy he will be one in less then a month!!! The new baby will be here before we know it to time has been flying by tomorow i will be 19 weeks, and then next tuesday when i am 20 weeks i get my ultrasound and will hopefully find out if it is a boy or a girl!!! i cant wait.!

so i have an appt at the perinatologist on tuesday and i think they are going to do another ultrasound!!! maybe even one of the 3d ones. but i also heard from the pharmacy about getting these shots and i dont think i am going to be able to do them... they are $117 a shot!! and i have to do one a week until i am 36 weeks.... so thats around 2000 dollars just for shots..... so im going to have to see if there is any other alternative....

Happy new year. i finally got to the doctor today. i was supposed to go some time ago but the appts kept getting canceled. so i went today and the doctor did decide to move me up a week so today i am 13 weeks!! i have to go to a high risk pregnancy doctor and get evaluated by them for the pre term labor and i guess there is a shot that i am going to have to get every week.... : ( but i guess it could possibly help the baby stay in longer so thats good. but thats it for now

so yesterday i had my first ultrasound!! it was so good to finally hear the heartbeat and just get the reasurance that there really is a little baby in there.. it didnt seem real until now. I went in being 9 weeks and 1 day. they said i am measuring 10 weeks and 1 day so the doctor might change my due date to july 14! so if theychange my due date this will be my new countdown. But they keep telling me i probably wont go anywhere near my due date anyways since i have a past with preterm labor.

so i went to the doctor for my first visit yesterday. I have an ultrasound on december 17!! i cant wait. And my actual visit with the doctor is on december 19, i dont know what she is going to say about it yet since of my history with pre term labor but we will see!!!

SO today I just found out that i am pregnant with number 2! NOt sure what to do, caden is only 8 months old!! how are you supposed to afford 2 babies!!! and im still in school and going to have to give birth for the second time while still in school. so hopefully i dont have to be on bedrest again.. we had finally just got the medical bills all figured out, not sure what were going to do this time!!!

i still dont know how anyone could give up something like a child now more then ever am i totally against abortion. id really like to shoot anyone who has gotten an abortion. read this.

But I am still haunted by the face of that little boy. It was the most perfect, angelic face I have ever seen.

When the baby is this young, doctors use the Saline Method, where they inject a salty saline solution into the mother's womb. You would think it would just poison the baby, but it actually burns it to death. Even though the baby is so young, on ultrasounds of the abortion, the fetus is seen pulling away from the poison as it is injected.. obviously wanting to stay alive.(The baby is intelligent enough to move away from the pain..but the child can't esccape it.

IM new to this.. my name is lisa i am 18 years old and its kinda hard knowimg that im going to have a family even before my life has really started but hey this is what i always wanted just a little bit early. becoming pregnant was a complete surprise to me and my fiance, we plan on getting married after the baby is born sometime. life has been turned around for me and i am so excited to be able to have something that is such a big miracle come into my life but i just cant wait!!

i am 18 weeks pregnant and my due date is on april 11, 2008!!! i am so and scared and excited.. i have my first ultrasound in 2 weeks so i cant wait to hopefully find out if im having a boy or a girl!! anybody have and questions or advice let me know.

I am now 19 weeks! it is just so exciting to wake up every morning and realize how my tummy has changed it feels different every day. But now is the time that im starting to get nervous.... Monday i start school and am going full time and then when i get done at school i have to go to work until late night and then will have to come home and do homework im just scared that it will be to hard and i dont want to give up!! But i guess that it does make it easy that im not so entirely worn out anymore its like if i sit for to long now i just get bored.. but im afraid that standing for 12-13 hours a day is just going to be to much for me!!!

Yes i finally made it past the first 20 weeks!!! im half way there!! its so exciting its gone by so fast but im sure that this last half will go by pretty slow now that im starting to get sore and bigger and feeling the baby even when im standing up... im loving it right now but who knows when it will be when i get mad cuz my baby wont stop moving! i go to the doctor on tuesday for my ultra sound!!! finall get to find out and then the fun begins with shopping and really thinking about names i cant wait til tuesday.. but its going to suck having to sit in class and hold all of that water in but it will be worth it!! so ill keep everyone posted on what my baby is!!

I cant believe that tomorow is already december!!! its gone by so fast. i didnt have enough time on tuesday when i had my ultrasound to sit and write on here. but it went really good. my little baby boy wouldnt stop moving and jumping on my bladder! it was so uncomfortable until she finally let me go to the bathroom so we could see if my baby would roll over right. it was so amazing, i cant even explain it to see a baby moving inside of me its truly a blessing. my tummy is starting to get bigger, and i can really feel him moving around in there now sometimes it wakes me up, and i swear if i looked i could probably see him moving in there. but over all im just so excited to find out that my baby is healthy. i cant wait to go do some shopping now!!! ill get some pics up later. i got my first boy outfit that says mommies cutie on it. im so excited i cant wait!!!

today i had a doctors appt. to check for diabetes or something like that. i had to drink a bunch of pretty gross stuff, then had to sit there for a hour then let them once again draw some more blood from me. it was so exciting today to hear the heartbeat cuz he was moving so much when she went to feel my stomach that she could tell exactly where he was and found the heart beat right away and it was the loudest it has ever been!!! it was so cool to hear it going that loud and that fast. christmas was good really exciting knowing how close it is getting now!! my mom and dad got the baby a stuffed animal bear and wrote to baby grandson on it from grandma and grandpa. it was cute and then ricks family got us some really cute ornaments that had like a boy and a girl and the girl was pregnant and had rick and lisa 2007 on it so that will be a pretty cool memory.

not the best pic but ill get some more on here. i havent updated in awhile.. where to start,... so last tuesday i went into the hospital at 12:30 in the morning because i was bleeding.. i had a exam and i was 1cm dialated, and they hooked these monitors up to my stomach one for the babys heart rate and one to monitor the contractions i was having, they gave me a ultrasound then let me go to sleep which was very hard to do since it was now 4 am and those delivery beds arent very comfortable and i had a iv stuck into my arm, the next morning i was dialated to 2-3cms and still having contractions so they gave me this steroid shot in the back to help develope the babys lungs and put me on pills to stop the contractions. they thought for sure that i was going to have the baby so they made me stay another night, when i woke up the contractions had stopped, they let me go home a little later but now im stuck at home on bed rest and its so boring!!!

34 weeks and 3 days!!! and my new kitty..

wow being a mom is amazing the love you feel from holding your baby is truly something that words cannot explain. but its also a lot of work and hard at times. its hard to find the time to get things done all i want to do is spend time with my little man and hold him all day long.

well heres the story it was march 11. exatly one month from cadens due date. i was sleeping in the bed at 9:30 in the morning when i could feel water starting to come out of me so i got up and went to the bathroom not really knowing what was going on. so i called rick and he rushed home from work and i still had nothing ready for the hospital so i was kind of in a panic trying to get everything ready. we left to go to the hospital and that was a big mess cuz they kept sending us back and forth between 2 hospitals when we got there i was dialated 9oto 4-5 cms then when my birthing room was ready we had to walk there, i was feeling nothing really just one or two contractions,and then i got my epidirl and then everything went really numb. i started pushing at about 5:30 pm and really felt nothing except the pain on breathing and holding my breath so hard. caden was born at 6:08 pm 5 lbs 13oz and 19 inches long it was so amazing.the saddest part was that i really didnt get to much time with him, he was in the room for a half hour and then they took him into intensive care since he is a preemie and they just had to check everything out. so all night rick could take one person at a time into the special care nursery and nobody could touch him. after awhile they brought him into my room so i could nurse and the later it got the more they brought him in and in the middle of the night he got to stay in my room for a few hours then at 6 am they discharged him from special care.
