Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.

Oh my goodness no! Well when my daughter was about 12 months old I bought her a doll that she could only have when she was sitting with mommy, and we practiced how to hold the baby and she'd kiss it. The day he came out, she proped herself up and put the boppy pillow around her and reached out and said mine mine! She's amazing with him now, which makes things THAT much easier...I would recommend that. I know you dont want your little man having a doll but he really isnt as long as you keep it as just getting to hold the doll!

Okay, thank you! You just relaxed me. I have a 16 month old daughter and her tounge got white when she was little but it wasnt anything but residue from milk. But i've looked up pictures and read up on it and it's def what he has. I just wanted reasurance till monday. So thank you so much! Good luck with your little one!

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. I bought this silly toy that encourages crawling. She has been crawling for a few months now. It was a butterfly that would move (it was on wheels) and make music and then would stop so the baby would try to get over to it and as soon as she touched it the toy would take off again so it encouraged her to chase the toy lol.

I feed her about 4 ounces of formula, after her baby food, breakfast and lunch. She doesn't seem to want all of it either.. she eats about 6 to 8 jars of baby food a day lol

my daughter is almost 9 months and she is cutting out the bottles already, and I was a little worried about that to, but my doc said it's ok as long as she gets about 16ounces a day. She eats, breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and an 8 ounce bottle at night.

Originally I am from Mound on Lake Minnetonka but currently live in Monticello. Its a haul but I love it! Not much traffic and that is a plus for me since I can have horrible roadrage! LOL!

Congrats! Have you told anyone yet? We are waiting until Christmas - if we can hold it in 'til then! I know our families will be happy, but I must admit, I am worried what some of our friends will say. Most of them don't have kids (or are even married for that matter) and I think they will think its too soon.

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
