gsummertime - Monday, 6 October hi! tmj is pain in the joints of your jaw, in your mouth, can be very painful, and give head eaches..so, not its not the drug, its what makes me need the drug, haha (hydrocodone) Im hoping its okay.....they say it is, but I still like to investigate, especially with someone whos been in the hospital to see what they got, or a nurse, and see what they say....so thats why I was wondering.....

I read your story, and had a question for you...I have taken some pain meds...hydrocodone, and they said it was fine for my tmj..but every time I take it, I feel guilty...I noticed they gave it to you in the hospital...what was it...I guess it was safe?....how do you feel about all that....thanks...and best of luck with your pregnency

Lorien - Friday, 3 October Ya I can have a little. I usually put some chocolate chips on a spoon of peanut butter so I get protein with it lol!
dreahs*mommy - Friday, 3 October life is too short..i would get frustrated at times when i was so tired and she would just cry but GOD I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING IN THE WORLD JUST TO HEAR HER AGAIN...she blessed me with another little girl and i know everything will be okay cause shes watching over us..congrats on ur pregnancy and it is odd how our kids are so close in age..BOTH KIDS..lol..congrats as well!
dreahs*mommy - Friday, 3 October thank you so much..its very hard..but i know that we will get thru it with her watching over us...thank you so much!
Lorien - Thursday, 2 October I know! Chocolate is my weakness right now! I usually like it but not like I want it now. Probably because I can't really have it.
Lorien - Thursday, 2 October I manage it with diet. Not much sugar, juice basically nothing white. I don't have to take insulin unless I can't control it with diet anymore and after the baby is born it does go away. It pretty much sucks having it I have to check my sugar levels 4 times a day but it is one of those things in pregnancy that is really easy to deal with and the outcome is almost always good so I would much rather have it then something else!
Lorien - Thursday, 2 October I was glucose intolerant with my second so I had to check my blood sugar and they just did one ultrasound at 38 weeks to check his size. With this one I have full GD so I don't have to get more than one ultrasound a week just 1 each week for the last 5 or 6 weeks. It's funny because my biggest baby was 7 lbs 12 oz and my smallest was 7 lbs 2 oz. This one is 2 lbs 15 oz right now so she is right on target. My family jokes about how I have the little babies because nobody else has babies under 8 lbs. but I'm the only one with GD. Go figure
Lorien - Thursday, 2 October I'm sure your ultrasound will go great. I have to get like 6 more because of GD so I get one each week for the last 5-6 weeks I think if I am measuring good and my sugars stay low I will ask if we can just do 1 or 2 instead! I asked my husband how it is I have these things come up in my pregnancies that are like less than 1 in 1,000 chance to have happen and he said I don't know but I think I'm going to have you start playing the lottery lol.
Lorien - Thursday, 2 October I know! thanks for the support. Now I'm just nervous about getting any more ultrasounds!
Lorien - Thursday, 2 October Ultrasound went great! They said the right vent was 7mm. They could not get a shot of the left but said they weren't concerned at all because they would have been able to at least see something if it was enlarged. Let me know how your ultrasound goes!
Lorien - Wednesday, 1 October Your pretty early so they should be able to get a good shot of the baby. My ultrasound tech had me take a deep breath and then cough when she wanted mine to move a little. I have heard if you drink a coke like 20 min. before your ultrasound then that is supposed to get the baby going to! Who knows, good luck I look forward to hearing what you are having. I have my ultrasound in the morning with a specialist to look at my babies vents. Hopefully it was a miscalculation on the first ultrasound. The baby was head down and to the side a little when she did it. I don't know if that makes a difference but we will see!
