Thanks. COndoms are not bad and we have been using those, but we do not like to. I know there will be many times that we won't want to or w ejust want and I don't want eithe rof us to go, "OPPS!"

Thanks for the comment. The thought of her lying on table knocked out makes me so sick to my stomach. I always read about bad things happening during "simple procedures". I know that I am probably overly paranoid, but it is so scary. I know that winter is coming up sooner than later and since she is in daycare all week, sickness will come again soon. She never cries, so I never know that she has an ear infection, and hopefully this will help if not put an end to all of this back and forth to the doctor. How old was your son when he had his done?

Sophie just got her 3rd tooth today... YAY!

Thanks- I actually was just looking into this enfamil next step...It's nice b/c it can go up to two years and it has all the nutrients an infant 1-2 years old needs. This may be a good option for me when Mayson turns 9-12 months (depending on when I actually stop)

Specifically designed for infants and toddlers, 9-24 months
It is the only milk-based toddler formula that includes LIPIL, our blend of DHA and ARA, important building blocks of your child's developing brain and eyes
Milk-based formula

Goodness I have no idea how that post did not happen. I apologize! Anyhow besides the part about being on the site at work, I wanted to thank you for the gift. I'll have to take you to dinner before I go out on leave and soak up some more advice! At the shower, my sister had the guests write advice, too bad I got "nap when the baby naps" twelve times... and I'm at the point where I am counting the days now.. 34 to go!

NP, wow you've been doing this for 9 months...i just pray I can make it to that long...my girl is only 11 weeks and exclusively bf'ing but I go to work in 2 weeks and I am worried about supply issues and not being able to keep up with her growing appetitie :( ...so I tried the oatmeal this morning as well and I plan to pump this afternoon again to see if theres any difference. It actually didnt taste that bad I just put some splenda in it...how was it for you??

pugdunn - Tuesday, 12 August
No problem ... it is always nice to hear from people that have been through the samething. : )

pugdunn - Monday, 11 August
Don't freak out ... I was pumping 15oz 2 times a day but now I don't pump that much ... your breasts will produce the abount of milk that your baby needs so he is getting enough. The more you breastfeed your little one the more milk you will produce. I hope this helps you. : )

I think you might be right about the babies being too close together for a vbac..I will have to ask my dr at my next visit. I requested to see a different dr in the same practice..hopefully she will explain it better to me.
Thanks!

excitedmama - Wednesday, 6 August
Hey! I just saw your post about your friend and her lack of mouth filter. I'm so sorry that she is not being supportive of you-- not fair. I also have a friend that is like that. She is constantly making comments about how she hopes that we wait a loooong time before having another. We are actually ttc right now, and it is definitely something that we don't talk about. I'm sure she will have plenty to say after I'm pregnant again:)

nygirl21em - Tuesday, 5 August
hey, I just saw your response to my question in the recovery after birth section. I didnt think these were blood clots because they're not red or brown, they're like light tan or whitish and rock hard- like little grains of sand or something. Is that the same thing you had? Thanks!

well i hope things get better for you... im sure its extremely stressful!.. i know once you get moved, settled, and all this is behind you.. youre gonna feel sooooo much better!.. there is light at the end of the tunnel!

i appreciate your help with the carseats.. honestly i was torn between the alpha and the britax.. but i like everything about the britax and only a few things about the alpha.. and i feel like it may be worth spending the extra and not having to buy another (until its time for the booster).. she still has one strap adjustment to go in her graco and shes got 8lbs before reaching that limit.. so i know theres a few good months left in it! .. i dunnos.. ill just have to discuss things with hubby and see how he feels.. thank you again for all your help!..
