noahsmom - Monday, 19 May i've had such bad heartburn for a while and the only thing that helps me is mylanta.
MelisaK - Monday, 19 May Try drinking more milk...it might help with the heartburn and I heard Zantac is pretty good.
capetownmom32 - Tuesday, 13 May Hi. I was doing housework yesterday and went to the loo and had a wet stripe too from mid panty to back. I felt my backside and it was damp so i realised it was just me perspiring. If it was amniotic fluid, it would be wet more in the region where you would find discharge, and it would be a round wet patch i should think. Sounds all very gross but if you look at my pics you will see i am not that big and have only put on 9kg my entire pregnancy so having a wet crack is new to me! Ha ha
jpboop22 - Tuesday, 13 May I had the same problem as you, I went to the hospital and got checked... sounds bad, but they said it was pee... sorta weird because I didn't feel like I peeing.. so everything was fine... now I am in week 39 and scheduled for a c-section tomorrow @ 1pm. ... anyhow, if you are worried, best is to contact your doctor... better be safe than sorry!... Baby dust to you!
cate - Tuesday, 13 May you might have a leak in your bag.. I'd call tomorrow just to be safe
mamakristin - Friday, 9 May Dont worry. You are mesuring where you should be. How it usually goes is that your uteris mesures the amount of weeks you are. so if you are 15 weeks, you should measure 15 cm. So you are right on in that aspect.. and no your baby is alot bigger than that. Hes/shes all scrunch up in there, plus it goes far back too. Dont worry. You are at a good place. :oP Good luck
ktfantas - Tuesday, 6 May Sorry it was www.beyondblue.org.au
felicia-lundstrom - Thursday, 1 May Ok!! Please do, I would love to see how it looks!
queenbee - Thursday, 1 May Not necessarily, but it does happen more often. I have had two friends just recently that were told it was a boy all along, and at birth it was a girl. So nothing is for sure, unless you have a CVS, an Amnio, or give birth.
felicia-lundstrom - Wednesday, 30 April I just seen your post on the nursery set I want so bad!! Do you have any pictures of it set up?
queenbee - Tuesday, 29 April They were both 100% positive about it, even my dr. That's why I am soo glad I went and paid for a 4D scan further along, otherwise I would not have known it was a boy until birth. This has happened to more and more women since most insurance's only pay for one ultrasound around 20 wks, it is too early to tell if it is truly a boy. Boys scrotum doesnt' drop until after 22 wks, so most likely they are told to be girls because they look like three lines.
queenbee - Tuesday, 29 April I saw your msg about your friend blackin out, and it is common in pregnancy. I had at least a dozen of black outs with my first son, and my co-workers all had them with their children. It's usually caused by low blood sugar, and the fact that our blood volume has increased caused us to feel light headed sometimes with sudden movements. It is scary though, but just make sure she keeps water with her handy!
Arismomma5 - Saturday, 26 April most importantly, I want my baby to be healthy and happy...
Arismomma5 - Saturday, 26 April awwww...thank you sooo much...my sonogram is next week and I'm nervous as hell...you would think I'm going for the SAT's...I just really want my little man more than anything...
amberizzle - Thursday, 17 April Maybe you should get some pics and just not tell them, then? ;)
mommy-of-3 - Saturday, 5 April It sounds like you are coming down with the flu, I had that crud last month where I was so cold my whole body wouldn't stop shaking. Then I'd wake up and be soaking wet with head to toe sweat. I didn't want to eat, my throat hurt like crazy, yeah it wasn't fun. Just remember to watch your temp because over 102 can get dangerous for baby. Good luck and hope you recover soon, I know it's not fun!
sarahj82 - Friday, 4 April Thanks for the comments
taysonrex - Tuesday, 1 Apr Hey I just found this in week 24's information.
'You may sometimes get a stitch-like pain in your side from time to time. It's simply the muscles of the uterus stretching. '
taysonrex - Tuesday, 1 Apr Hey is your pain above your belly button feel like your getting poked with a pin? i've been having that too. I have no idea what it is, just figured it was something with my skin. I actually thought it was my mole and then it moved to just above my mole. Let me know if you find anything out about it.
carolynjh - Tuesday, 1 Apr Hey! That pain you are feeling could be your abdominal muscles separating? With my first pregnancy, my belly button and all around was black and blue bruised around this time, I imagine it was from that, it will go away in a couple weeks hopefully, be sure to ask your dr about it at your next appt :)
faithmarie - Wednesday, 12 Mar I'm sure you are fine, but a call to the doctor wouldn't hurt for their opinion...

2ndbaby,soexcited - Tuesday, 11 Mar Hey, as long as no bleeding or pain and if moving around your little one will be fine, the amniotic fluid at this stage will protect it. However in the hosp where I work if your blood type is rh -ve, we would recommend an anti-D injection. Maybe you should call them for advice?
