I am not sure if he truely understands us or not but we ask him if he wants a brother or sister and he says no. we also ask him if he wants to be a big brother and he says no...but another girl on here gave me some really good advice on how to ease your first child into it.

I know I want a big belly but then when i have one I dont want one anymore and you just feel like a huge fat cow in everything. And I dont know about you but I am so much more emotional and cry so much easier! Thank goodness no one has been mean to me at work haha!

Well, I called and they said:

1. Take Tylenol (as expected)
2. Keep my feet elevated
3. No more heels!
4. Put ice on the swelling
5. Call back tomorrow if nothing changes

Basically, they said what I expected. lol

Thanks for replying to my poll re: my knee being swollen. The pain seems to be worse today so I'm going to call my doctor about it. He'll mostly just say "take Tylenol" like he always does though. lol

I saw your post in 7 weeks- you usually can't detect a heartbeat with the doppler until 11-12 weeks. I have one and was able to hear the heartbeat (with LOTS of patience) at 12 weeks. I would recommend one but not sooner than then because you'll just worry yourself! :) Congratulations!
