Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sx

Hi everyone! I am in the car bored to death while puttering my way to the office. I think there has been an accident. Anyway, I posted a handfull of Sierra pics if you care to take a peek. I don't have much to share except that we're doing well. Sierra is wonderful. Take care.

NO! YOU ARE NOT STILL PREGNANT! I COULDN'T REMEMBER YOUR VIP NAME SO I WENT THROUGH MY COMMENTS TO FIND YOU. I WAS THINKING THAT SURELY YOU HAD YOUR BABY BY NOW! HOW ARE YOU? 41 WEEKS? YIKES!

socalgal - Saturday, 17 May
Thanks. I think you're right. I'm glad I didn't throw up. I just got off my back for a while and when I woke up again this morning it was better. I guess I'm runing out of room in my tummy now that I'm almost 40 weeks!

Thanx for your poll comment hoping ill lose weight to healthy weight for my height when baby is 3 months old!

Yeah the pump may but pumps are not always that easy to use either! You have to do it regularly to build up the supply, so if nothing much comes out with a pump it doesn't mean the baby isn't getting any, I never had a problem with them feeding after a c-section, Just feed more than you will later, the Nurses should help you and if they are like here they will tell you to feed even when you think you just did!!! I wouldn't worry about taking the pump to the hospital, cause it will be hard to sterilise wait until the baby has established their own feeding routine and then work it in. Sometimes when they have slept for a long time your boobs build up and will leak that will be a good time to use it. Mornings are usually the best time. Don't get Panicky it will be fine you body is aware the baby is not out yet so does not want to lose the precius colostrum until it is. A few suckles and the baby will have it going! Will be thinking of you.

Not to ruffle any feathers...but why is he so set on c-section? I was induced at 38 weeks with my dh because of GD. I was completely closed, not dialeted nor effaced (sp) and it went prefect. That just sounds crazy to me. I would hate to have a c-section. Is this your first? If it is don't be scared at all.... I was walking about the same day as delivary.

socalgal - Wednesday, 14 May
If it's any consolation, I think you are better off than me. I am getting check ed again later today, but last week my baby was already 8 lbs 4 ounces and my cervix was not even soft, let alone effaced or dilated. In fact it was still very long and hard and according to my doctor my baby is way too high for contractions to dilate it. I think I am going to end up with a 10 lber. Oh and to top it off, she is posterior facing, which I know from experience means I will have the longest most painful labor possible. Ahhhh the joys of motherhood!

cheerios10 - Wednesday, 7 May

Your dr should not have a problem with May 8th. We will be 38 weeks by then. My doc is inducing on May 8th because it is my mom's b-day. Good luck!

Well good luck on Thursday! Good for you for not choosing to opt right out! Doctors are so pushy for c-sections now a days! I had an internal last week, no dialation. Have another one tomorrow afternoon, keep your fingers crossed!!!
