wow that is crazy. i actually am using the avent bottles with pumped breast milk and she does fine getting it out! i know she knows how to suck its just that when she is on my breast she seems to "forget". i wonder why they fall asleep while eating...do you have any tricks to waking the baby up? i have tried several things like tickling her feet, tapping her cheeks and under her chin, patting and rubbing her back...i just don't know what else to do.

I just saw your updated post and I was on nystatin too. It took about 24 hrs to really notice a change in the pain and you take it for a week after symptoms are gone. Make sure you wipe off before breast feeding.

The burning could still be because of the clogged duct. Are you applying heat and making sure breast is completely empty after a few of the feeds? Some of those symptoms sounds like thrush. Is there redness around and on the nipple? Is there any white spots on the inside of his cheeks or lips? Another reason could just be his latch especially with the biting down. change the positions often and make sure he is on there good.

heyy ladies

went to the doc todayy ((and ultrasound))...
my cervix is still closed.
which is great. lil man is weighin 3 lbs 10 oz.
[[i wish he was weighin more but thats rite on track anyways]]

so now im home so i can stuff my face and get lil man fatt.
ive gained 8 lbs in 3 weeks! ahhhhhhh!
ohh well. screw it! its only 20 lbs in total so im still not doing badd.

6 weeks 6 days til c-section!
yay!

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. ok so i thiink ive been traumatized ladies.
i just watched a video of them performing a c-section.

i almost threw up.
n now i dont want one.
but i have 2 have one..
im sure ill relax... but i didnt realize it was so gross!

omg!

Okay ladies, tomorrow is my first day back to work! Everyone please think good thoughts for me and send me some momma love b/c i am dreading it so much! I just hate the thought of leaving my little baby girl! I know she will be well taken care of but its just so hard leaving them! I guess taking the first step really is the hardest! Thank you for all of your support!

Thanks for the advice! I tried the syringe and it actually worked! She hated it and screamed, but she DID drink it... I'm going to try again and see if she's a little more accepting.
