SMiller - Tuesday, 26 August Guess what ladies! I just got back from the doctors, it's positive. I'm pregnant. YAY!!
SMiller - Monday, 25 August Good morning everyone! I took another test this morning and I still have my 2 lines, one is dark and the other just a little faint. Maybe its time to call the doctor (: I don't think its really going to set in though until the doctor confirms it. Hope you all have a good day! :
Yes it sure has been a full house and i will be glad when we are back to "normal"! I am really enjoying being a mum but i have found the breastfeeding exhausting, but i wont give up just yet! I will get through the sore nipples etc just to be that close to my baby boy. He really loves his milk! I am so glad jaxon is back on track after every thing you went through. How are you feeling now? My c section is still a little sore but apart from that i cant complain. I have been speaking to some other mums who seem to be awake for hours on end with screaming babies, so for now, I guess i can count my blessings that we seem to be getting in to some kind of routine. He seems to know his night from day, which is great. His cord fell off yesterday, so i can finally bathe him properly tomorrow. In the states they dont like you to bathe them until 2 days after the cord drops off. I do miss talking to everyone on here! Take care, keep up the blogs, especially on breatfeeding xxxxxxxxxxx
GoonieMomma - Sunday, 24 August He's here! Birth story is up. WOw, my boy loves the breast. Any tips on how to nurse when you feel like your cracked nipples are on fire? Do you just "nurse through it?" Latch looks good, and it's only my left nipple; i dread switching from one to the other!
Sorry i have not written for a long time..... been a bit preoccupied!!!! ethan is 2 weeks old today and his umbillical cord just fell off! had my MIL and FIL here with us for just over a week. FIL flies home tomorrow and MIL staying another week! Just about staying sane and holding my tongue! I am loving being a mummy and Ethan is great, he is sleeping most of the night, only waking once or twice to feed. He is a greedy eater though. Had our appointment at the peaditrician yesterday and he went from 8lbs 1oz last week to 8lbs 14oz this week!!!! I have a lot of milk!!!!!!!!!
Hope everyone else out there in baby land is staying sane! I havent cried for 3 days! World record! C Section is healing well, havent taken Vicodin for about 5 days now, so i am feeling good but Ethan is getting heavier and heavier so my belly aches a bit. I have dropped 27lbs in 10 days which is great. Only another 20 to go!!!!! Please stay in touch xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

SMiller - Thursday, 21 August Well, I took the test this morning and I don't know. One line is dark and the other is faint. What does this mean??
zavana - Thursday, 21 August thats nopthing really though, comparing to what others have put on.. thats great your little man is doing good, aswell as yourself..are you breastfeeding etc? Im doing good, just counting down the days now, 30 and counting! just hope he doesnt come early as i still have to pick up the birthing pool to take home since i am having a home birth. Speaking of that, i see you have had one! Most people look at me funny when i say im having a home birth and its my first, knowing that i wont have any drugs etc..they call me crazy, but i love the fact that i will be at home with my family which will make me more relaxed...how did you find your home births?
