Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. He is doing fine! His 8th tooth is about to come in, so he's been kind of fussy! How many teeth does your LO have? CR has 4 on top and this will make 4 on bottom!!!

Thanks so much for your response. Got good news.....We are making progress!!!! CR has always drank water from his sippy and Saturday afternoon, I had a crazy notion to put watered-down milk in his sippy cup to see if he would drink it. To my suprise he did!!!! So this whole weekend he has drank watered-down milk from his sippy. I am so proud!!!! Also, this previous week at daycare we have been able to cut out one of his afternoon bottles. So, this week he is just going to have his morning and night time bottles with half formula half milk. Also, the daycare is going to provide watered-down milk sippy cups throughout the day with lunch and snack. My goal is to be able to decrease the water and hopefully he will drink straight milk from the sippy!!!!! Thanks so much for your help and suggestions. How is everything going with your LO?????

HI! Yes I am back to teaching...new district..actually the district where my mom teaches and where I went to elementary school...I love it. I am doing two long terms this year which I HOPE leads to a position next year. I am in for a 3rd grade teacher now until late Feb, and then her teammate is due in march, so I am finishing the year for her. We switch in 3rd, and I am the math and science teacher... which I love, but its a TON of grading... I have 90 kids every day. There are a pile of math tests on my dining room table right now that I am absolutely DREADING. lol Its nice to be back to work though, I had to be honest with myself..I am just not a very good stay at home mom.. part time is one thing, but being home full time was not my thing. :( Olivia has an awesome sitter and she loves going, so its a win win situation. How are you? What are you teaching?

That's too funny about him having to have the chocolate syrup!!!! I bet CR would drink it if I added a little chocolate syrup or some kind of flavoring to it. Please let me know what you find out from your nanny, looking for any suggestions!!! Thanks so much for your help

I will try warming the milk, I haven't tried that. Although, he is used to his bottles not being warmed but hey I will give it a shot. Do you know how your nanny weaned your LO off of the bottle???? Not sure if I should just take away the bottle "cold-turkey" or slowly replace bottles with sippies.
