OMG! Congrats! Right on the exact due date, we have a friend that just had a little girl on the 13th as well! How much did he weigh? Name? Good to have hep from mom for the first little while, my mom has been coming over as much as she can. I am on facebook under Melissa McNairn, add me when you get a chance. Thank you so much for the support! I really needed some understanding that I am not the only one that feels lost and disoraganized and totally emotional! It is hard when one little tiny person changes your entire life! Every day seems to get a little bit better.
I hope you have that baby soon. Sounds like you are getting really close with all the organizing you are doing at home. I went crazy at work the week before he was born, getting everything caught up for Rob. Good luck with the labor and delivery. Maybe we can get together at Market Mall once your little guy is born, and we can go crazy together!

OMG! I am so exhausted! My mom is out of town and Rob went back to work right away so I have been handling everything on my own, house cleaning, laundry, baby, puppy....the list doesn't end!
My water broke in a parkade on Thursday night at 10:40, I had a long 11 hour labour with one minute apart contractions, I couldn't handle the pain so I tried the epidural and it didn't work on me, they stuck me 6 times, so I did it natural anyways! Zane had a bit of a head trama from the birth canal so he wasn't able to breast feed the first day, he only tried twice, so my milk supply was delayed coming in, we had to supplement him because of low blood sugar so now I am trying to get my supply back and I am feeding him supplement.
I feel very lost right now, my entire world changed in one moment. I am so emotional and drained right now and I am very apprehensive about going anywhere with him, I have a rythm at home and I don't know what to do when out, like how to warm a bottle in a mall! I just need some help.
Anyways...how is the pregnancy going for you? You must be just tired of being pregnant by now! Keep me updated.

I had my baby boy August 1st @ 9:42am. He weighed 8 pounds 3 ounzes! He came a bit early, but everyone is healthy. We named him Zane Feliks Tex Corallini.

Thank you so much for the warm words and advice it helps. I am being induced because I have gestational diabetes and even though my blood pressure is low, I exercise frequently with no issues, and my blood is low...they are taking the precaution because of the side affects. Right now he is the size he is supposed to be and they estimate he will be born at 8-81/2 lbs but at my hospital if you have gestational diabetes they induce you.

Hello!
WOW! The room looks great! I am getting anxious because the crib that Rob's sister and mom bought isn't here until the first week of August! I am afraid baby might come early, he is measuring 3 weeks larger than than he should be! We have almost everything we need bought, there is a few odds and ends we still need and then the set up! I am uncomfortable with rib aches and pains and tired, still working full time. But for the most part I am feeling pretty good. I can't wait to meet my little man.
How are you feeling? Must be a relief to have everything prepared for your little guy. Keep me posted on your pregnancy! Maybe we will meet up at the hospital!
