I just saw you went for accupuncture. Isn't it great! I did it for fertility too. I did it for a few months, twice a week. One time I fell asleep. I was pretty embarrased. Silly doctor leaving me in a darkened room with relaxing music on, what does he expect! Before I went to accupuncture I went to a naturopath and she wanted me to take some supplements that were dried and crushed up cow ovaries.... I don't think so. I never went back to that crazy lady and tried accupuncture instead.

Your day is coming soon! Since you have so many follicles, are you planning on freezing.. you know, just in case? Is your clinic pretty close to you? I know those daily ultrasounds sucked for me since it was an hour away. How awesome would it be to get the big positive the day after Christmas!! Can we say holy stressful time of year this year. I bet you're going nuts with all this ivf stuff and buying presents, planning christmas etc etc etc. I've decided to put off my surgeries and go for the ivf again. I've made it this far without them being done, I'm sure I can wait a bit longer. I hope hehe

No twins. Just one fast growing something...I think boy--I had a dream last night it was a boy. and he/she is consistently measuring big so Im thinking boy....Im thinking about just waiting and leaving it a suprise.....I dont know if I have the patience though---I see your going through another ifv cycle....my prayers are with you....I hope you get a bfp for christmas---that would be awesome. The timing of this cycle is pretty cool if all works out!! I really hope it does. TTYL

My conception date was 12/6/2007 (frozen embryo) but my transfer date will be 12/10/08. I guess that's my new 'conception' date. I would love to have someone to "ride" this chapter with. Good luck and loads of ~*~babydust~*~ to you.

Ladies I want to share with you this site I have found...... http://www.fertilityties.com.......From what I understand about the site, Doctors volunteer and answer questions that you post. It has a chat where ladies talk back and forth, but what I have found to be very helpful is where you can post a question. I have asked 2 questions and both times Dr Q from LA, Cali has answered them. I wish I was closer and could go see him in person! I am going to post the questions and answer in a blog for anyone interested. Just wanted to share the site with you lovely ladies and hope it can be helpful to you as well! : )

The injections I definately don't miss. I remember it always took me a minute to actually realize what I was doing and do it. I'd hold the needle there for a while befor eI could actually stab myself lol. But when it was all over, I barely remember it. No new news for me. Still trying to decide what to do. I really need these surgeries b/c if I get preg in Jan-Feb, I won't be able to for 9 months while preg, then however many months I b/f I still won't be able to. I went almost 8 months with Olivia. So I'd be looking at having to wait close to 2 years. Unless I go the easy route and put off the fertility a month or 2, but I really really don't want to. Hubby is almost ancient as it is! Kidding hehe. I bug him about being old all the time. He's 42 and I'm 33.

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Just wanted to share with you ladies we tried the pre conceive (Wal-mart brand of pre seed) out this evening and I really like it, DH did too! It felt silky. Just as a lub alone I would recommend it but it is an added bonus that it helps the spermies get to where they need to go!

Kind of at a stand still. I get my Lupron Depot shot tomorrow (supposed to last 28 days) and then I start all over at the end of December. Hopefully you'll get a Christmas BFP and I'll get a New Years one!

Heya. It's been a while! My internet crashed. We get it by satelite and something went wrong with the dish AGAIN! and it took ages to fix. It's been tough without it. I use it for everything. I'm a kijiji addict lol. I read your update... your bloodtest will come before you know it! Probably in about a month right? As for me, nothing but a pain in the butt. I went to my appt to book my next cycle, but my doc said I needed to have a few cycles before we go ahead with another try. He said the ovaries are so stimulated by the meds, they need time to get back to normal. So I'm not starting my ivf until January. Total bummer. I'm in a dilema though. I need to get my tonsils out, and have gum surgery (I don't have gross gums or anything lol they've started to recede in the back because I needed braces when I was a kid and thought they were ugly so I didn't get them) and both those have very long waiting lists for some reason, and they can only book me in for January and February for both. But I can't be taking the pain meds and going through surgery while doing the ivf. I really need the tonsils and gums done, but I REALLY want to start IVF again. I don't know what to do
