Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sx

Sex...walking...and squats will help.....that all helped me.

Hello! I've tried all the methods you have and none have worked for me either (tho not officially due until today!), but went to have a blood test today and the woman who took it suggested champagne! (I haven't heard that one before but am willing to try it!) I also don't have a partner so know how you feel about trying to find alternatives to sex! My midwife said that they will normally let you go 10-14days overdue before inducing (I live in Wiltshire) unless there is a medical reason (like high b/p, few movements), but they will do a membrane sweep once I am overdue if I want one, so perhaps at your next appointment you could ask for one? Apparently it increases you chances of going into labour naturally in the nxt 48 hours, and lots of people i've spoken to have had it work for them. Lots of luck, hope baby comes soon! x

I noticed I get mild contractions with nipple stimulation or when I rub my belly for a few minutes.

I was going to take the Zoloft to help me be able to deal with my 14 year old daughter that has Oppositional Defiant Disorder which there is no cure or medicine for. I'm constantly fussing and getting upset with her for doing things deliberately. I just don't want to be yelling and screaming around my baby.

In uk they usually induce u at 42 weeks if u aint had any problems during pregnancy

Carmione - Thursday, 10 July
I have to second that last comment...If you're not able to stop it from coming out- it's your waters. It wont smell like urine...maybe a little on the sweet side. Straw or clear colored.
good luck to you!!!

imamommy - Thursday, 10 July
sounds like your water broke. If it is not stopping it is your water. do not take a bath or have sex, it's okay to shower. you should go to the hospital.

Yes they can see your cervix on an ultrasound. At my last u/s they told me mine measured thin.

Hey hon, I'm also a constant BH-er... almost all day every day sometimes as many as 3 in 30 mins.... I spoke to my consultant and she said that there is a broad spectrum of what is considered normal, but that one reason for lots of BH (aside from possible irritable womb) is too much amniotic fluid. She checked mine and said it was normal, but that the baby was big. I'm going in for glucose testing on Monday to see what's up with his size but gave me the impression that this may have something to do with the BH... She didn't seem worried though... I would say that if you are feeling nausea or dizziness with them, drink some fluids, like water or orange juice, rest, and see if that doesn't help, but if it persists, I'd definitely go to the Dr... mine don't do that, but on a bad day they actually get really exhausting.. all the best, good luck, and I hope it works out - pls let me know what they find, if anything?

tschmitz - Saturday, 12 April

I would call the doctor and let them know of the symptoms ASAP. They will probably ask if you have had any lower back pain and if the baby is moving. Regardless, if you are bleeding at 22 weeks, I would be seen immediately. I really hope all is well, let me know if you can!
