Hello, I just read your post about being your first af since your miscarriage. Sorry to hear about that... it is an awful experience. I am on my 4th af since my ectopic and for me this is my first one that seems like it is acutally getting back to normal. My body took a very long time to adjust. I think it is very different for every person and depends alot on what you were using to get pregnant if anything. If there is bleeding for more then a day I would consider this your af. My thoughts are with you in this difficult time!

Well the weekend isnt too long. Make sure you BD right before he goes and when he comes back. Every second day is best anyways. Things are great because AF came today and next week its BD time :) YAH!!!!! Have a good weekend and enjoy some quiet "me" time. xox

i also feel like i want to jump straight back into trying but the advice varies so much. My GP says if i pass it fully naturally i dont lose alot of lining and there is no evidence to suggest that i should wait for a cycle. but i read so many different things. i asked if it would increase risk of another M/C and she said no. M/C are beleived to be problems with the egg and sperm/fertilization not the lining of your womb.
so confused and frustrated
