Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.

heyy ladies

went to the doc todayy ((and ultrasound))...
my cervix is still closed.
which is great. lil man is weighin 3 lbs 10 oz.
[[i wish he was weighin more but thats rite on track anyways]]

so now im home so i can stuff my face and get lil man fatt.
ive gained 8 lbs in 3 weeks! ahhhhhhh!
ohh well. screw it! its only 20 lbs in total so im still not doing badd.

6 weeks 6 days til c-section!
yay!

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. ok so i thiink ive been traumatized ladies.
i just watched a video of them performing a c-section.

i almost threw up.
n now i dont want one.
but i have 2 have one..
im sure ill relax... but i didnt realize it was so gross!

omg!

Dear ones, just a quick note to say Tiana has arrived! 10:46 this morning EST; 7lbs 11oz, 21" long with lovely red hair. It was a more complicated delivery than we had hoped, and required me being knocked out with general anesthesia. They decided not to risk either a spinal or an epidural because of my unstable spine; this in the end I missed the birth and Bob was not allowed in either-- bummer! There was an awful lot of scar tissue that caused problems getting inside, and then Tiana was stuck and they literally couldn't get her out for quite a while, which resulted in some extreme roughness when they started to worry, so they've warned me to expect a slow recovery, but Tiana is just perfect so we're delighted. Very tired from the meds but ill write more soon when I'm more coherent and ok my laptop and not my iPhone! Thank you all for your kind wishes-- hugs to you all twice over!

Hey there, dear ones. As many of you know, I suffered a major techno-setback last week when my main computer died. I had to send it into a repair company/data recovery place that actually made the situation worse by breaking the hard drive and damaging my backup disks. They're now sending it to a different data forensics company and they're not sure when it will be back, but probably not before the baby comes next week. So I was accessing the site from my second laptop. Well, my husband took pity on me tonight and took me to buy another (bigger better) laptop, and I had to leave the functioning laptop with the computer shop to have that drive mirrored onto the new one. It MIGHT be done by Monday, but nobody is making promises. Which means that I might be able to periodically check in on either my husband's or my son's various PCs, but not to the same extent as before. I can also check in via my iPhone, which will let me read but it's a pain in the arse to type long responses on so my dialog will be really choppy and short. Honest to Pete, having all these computers out for repair is getting scary and expensive! Thankfully I'm on Bob's PC at the moment to type this!! I will do my best to keep you posted on developments should they occur. As it stands, I'm scheduled for my c-section at 10am on Tuesday unless I go into labor sooner. So if I completely fall off the map for a bit, you'll know why. Have wonderful Thanksgivings, everyone. Know I'm thinking of you and sending hugs and best wishes, especially to those of you who have babies in the next couple of days. I will be sure to let you know when I'm fully back in business with the computers, but I may not have time to do much with the new system before the baby. Safe, happy holiday to you all!

heyy ladies.
had an ultrasound today..
things look good!

we figured out why im in so much pain...
this lil man changed positions...
so hes head down and pressing hard on cervix.

it even looked a bit open, but the lady said its not, its the way hes putting his head on my cervix... ugh! hes killing me slowly! ((sometimes im fine. others im in so much pain i have to grab onto something to walk or make sure i dont fall)) -its a bit frustrating!

8 weeks 5 days left. and hes only getting bigger! imagine! o myy!
prayy for me ladies.
i really think lil mans gonna want to make an early appearance. hopefully after christmas atleast. after 34 or 35 weeks i dont think its that big a deal ((right?))

i also read an article online about the steriods that they give premies ((for rapid lung development)) and they said it kills brain cells. so now im not gonna ask for it unless i start going into early labor. id like to be sure lil man has all his brain cells... ((specially since on his fathers side they're missing a few, - you wouldnt believe the calls ive been getting from him, and his mother! ugh! i just hang up n shut the fone off.. dont even stress it...))

im going to look for the article and post it.
