shamrock - Wednesday, 10 December Last year when I was faced with the posibility of giving birth to a baby with trisomy 18 I had decided I would go to term. My husband didn't quite agrree but I personally just could not end the pregnancy. I am pro-choice and have many friends who have had abortions but I personally would never have one. I also decided not to have the amio because there is a risk of fetal mortality and I had had 3 previous misscariages and I didn't want to take the risk. Luckly for us the level 2 ultrasound showed no signs of risk and we had a healthy baby. Do what you have to do for yourself and try not to be concerned with what other people think. I am sure everything will work out in the end.

preggiebelly - Tuesday, 9 December Thank you all so much for your comments on my last blog.... things have been more than overwhelming and so to get online and read that some of you have thought of me means so much. I'm feeling much better health-wise, still a little sore from all the vomitting and I'm pretty tired & weak from dehydration but I've stayed well hydrated today and I'm happy to report that I've not vomitted anymore. My test didn't go as well as I had hoped... but I did my very best. My most important tests are next Monday & Tuesday and then of course, graduation, if I make it that far, is next Wednesday evening. Wish me luck as I pick up my books tomorrow and get back to studying. It's incredible to think that I could finally be a nurse one week from Wednesday.... I have to do all that I can to make this happen. Thank you all so much. I hope that each and everyone of you are doing well.... I'll keep you all posted on how this next week progresses. Hopefully, I'll be able to post a new occupation in my profile next Wednesday. Have a wonderful week!!! Thanks again for your kind words, prayers, and thoughts. They mean the world to me, truly. I'll be on again soon..... ~ Jamie
thenorthcutts - Monday, 8 December HEY EVERYONE!! I posted pictures of our little man. Go check them out :]
Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
abovee.x5 - Sunday, 7 December Hi everyone! I just posted a new belly pic in my album :) (I'm practically naked so be prepared) xoxo
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.
gamama31791 - Thursday, 4 December It's a GIRL!!!!!!!
I have been experiencing this weird pain in my pelvic area, but it seems to be bad on my left side. The pain is where our thigh meets our pelvic area. (where your underwear sides hit) But it seems to be worse after a day of doing things..(school etc) But its to the point where I dont want to even walk. I can barely lift my left leg upward. When I press against my inner thigh it is also sore. Now I did have hip/pelvic pressure with Aiyana. But NOTHING like this. A girlfriend of mine said that when your on #2 your pelvic area/muscles are stretched already from baby #1 so the pain may be a bit more noticable ...Is that true?
Do you all think it is just baby putting pressure on me and my pelvic area?
And is baby's head facing down already? (I seen a 30 week picture online and it showed baby facing down)
Just wondering if it may be something "normal" or maybe i should call in the dr.!
Thanx Ladies!
jayrodmarie22 - Tuesday, 2 December HI ALL , I PUT UP 3 NEW PICTURES.... 23 WEEKS ALREADY!!!
shamrock - Monday, 1 December Try not to worry!!! I know it is dificult not to. With my last pregnancy I also showed high risk for trisomy 18. I didn't want to have an amnio so I opted for a level 2 ultrasound and all the markers were fine. I ended up with a healthy baby and I am sure you will too.
lovebelly - Sunday, 30 November I know it's safe, it just feels so WRONG to me. Poor girl must be frightened to death with this ALIEN coming right at her poking at her! I know it isn't byut it's like incestuous to me! Maybe if it was a boy I would feel diff, like he was learning a few tricks early on.....or yikes, the alternative!
preggiebelly - Sunday, 30 November Thank you so much to those of you who have stopped by to make comments on our first batch of maternity photos. I wish I had a chance to thank each and every one of you individually but I'm super busy getting things in place for the baby shower as it's as our place. I'll be writing a new blog soon & including some pictures of the baby shower! Wish me luck! Hope you all are having a fabulous weekend!
