Laura Ward - Sunday, 7 December Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.
Dirk - Friday, 5 December Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.
KayandRysMoM - Wednesday, 3 December I am sure your placenta will move up its not too uncommon of an issue. I have been on bedrest for 11 weeks so far. It is def not easy but I am getting close to the end now. I will be off in 3 weeks max so it doesn't seem so bad now lol.
baby-cakes - Tuesday, 25 November sorry ladies for the daily my internet was disconected for a few day i miss you al
jjs31 - Monday, 24 November No problem. anytime. I understand the bored thing. I was hospitalized for a week with my daughter and thought I was going to go insane. After that they put me on super restricted what not to do lists. I totally understand, but adhere to the restrictions because the alternative is not fun. You are very lucky you have such wonderful parents. good luck and keep me posted on how you are doing. Trust me when I say you will get more ultrasounds to make sure the placenta moves. So you will be able to find out what that little angel is soon. :)
jjs31 - Thursday, 20 November Supermompj-Try not to worry and get a lot of rest and do exactly what the doctors advise. I also had placenta previa with my 3rd child and it was very scary. I was hospitalized a couple of times with bleeding etc. fyi...no sex....that is what typically triggers the bleeds and no one told me that until after i was hospitalized for the second time. Anyway, I was lucky and by my 3rd trimester the placenta moved to where it was suppose to be. My daughter was born 2 days before her due date and was a healthy 9lb 3 oz little girl. I will keep you in my prayers. I am sure all will be okay. No lifting anything (yes, that includes laundry baskets etc....), no ya know...and try to take it easy and rest! Take care of you and good luck!

mommyxs3 - Wednesday, 5 November Great idea! I made my own nursing covers. LOL.
mommyxs3 - Wednesday, 5 November I hear ya. I love hand me downs and little blessings like that. My older kids love the baby so I know they would be excited about another one and take it well. Maybe I should look into cloth diapers. I did once and I think I was looking at the most expensive ones and was thinking it really wasn't saving me any money. I'll have to do more research. :)

Undercovermother76 - Friday, 31 October Oh do I feel you on the hamburger meat and chicken meals!!! Making pot roast is easy and changes things a litte. But make extra sides, vegetables, poatoes bc pot roast are costing too much for the size lately!!! Oh if your kids like chicken they'll probally like pork chops too. They are good barbequed or just fried. When I can't think of anything to make for supper, or am too lazy too cook I declare a "sub night". We just buy sub buns, sliced meat and and everyones favorite toppings/cheese...I love pepperonni on a sub sandwhich. If you warm them in the microwave for like 30 seconds it feels more like a hot meal to me. We buy pickles and chips to go with it. But it you are more healthy carrot sticks could work. Very quick and satisfying.
mommyxs3 - Wednesday, 29 October For chicken chili I bake or rotisserie a whole chicken, pull it apart and use 2 packs of chili seasoning. I use Carroll Shelby seasoning but Old El Paso makes one for chicken chili too. One 16oz can of tomato sauce, 2 cans of water (use tomato sauce can), 1-16oz can of corn, black beans, and red kidney beans. (One of each) I mix all the ingredients together along with salt, cayenne pepper (mine comes with seasoning), and some mesa flour to thicken. (about 2 table spoons) Bring to a boil and let simmer till you're ready to serve. :) You can half this recipe too. Also, if I have it available, I'll saute some onion and add it to it.
Chicken and rice is easier...lol...I do the same thing with a whole chicken, you can even boil it. Pull apart and I use 2 packs of Vigo Yellow Rice. You can also use Zatarains but it's not as strong of a flavor. Any yellow rice will do but the better the flavor of the rice, the better the meal. Cook the rice as directed on the package. You can use the broth from your chicken for rice water if you boil it. Add an extra 1/2 cup of water and when you add the rice to the boiling water, add the chicken too. Cook for as long as the rice says. Presto.
I serve vegies with the Chicken and rice and have seen people add peppers, olives, peas, and several other things to the mix. I serve cornbread with my chili...guess thats the southern girl in me. :) Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions. :)
