Message to all: This message is not intended for any one person, but a general statement to all members of the site. After hearing what you all think in regards to posting photos on the forums, we have modified the rules and ask that everyone familiarize yourself so that the site continues to remain friendly for everyone, including new members. In an effort to be respectful of all members of the site, we ask that members do not post more than ONE photo or video per person in the weekly, monthly and information forums. Your ONE picture should be small in size as well. Any large photos will be deleted. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you would like in the photo books, which were created for the purpose of sharing and viewing photos. You may also post as many blogs as you would like with photos in them. We understand that many members enjoy posting and viewing pictures on the forums, but this is not where they belong. We must keep the pictures on the boards to a minimum so that the written comments can continued to be written and read. Otherwise, the numerous amounts of large pictures squash the messages and they become missed. We ask that this modification be respected, therefore any member that continues to post numerous pictures a day will be deleted from the site. Thank you all for helping us keep the site friendly and welcoming for all members.

Message to all: In the last 2 years you all posted 1.1 million photos to the site, and that needs a little maintenance. We are currently renaming all photos from the personal photobooks in order to speed up the site. Some, or all your photos may not show while we are working on the photobooks. You don't have to do anything. We hope to have all photos sorted in about 24 hours from now. You can upload new photos to your photobook while the computer is working on your other photos. Thanks for reading.

I just read that if you use cloth diapers there are certain types of diaper rash creams that have cod liver oil in them that can make cloth diapers smell fishy...who knows it all smells bad when you open a babies diaper.

mom2boy - Friday, 31 October
I just read your post in the cloth diaper forum and I am sure you already figured it out but my first thought would be UTI.

Hi Tonysmommy
The principle behind the GI diet is basically eating foods that have a low glycaemic index and therefore your body will digest them more slowly, releasing more energy, and for longer. Classic low GI foods are porridge oats, wholemeal pasta and bread etc. I would recommend that you maybe buy a book which will have lists of the foods that you can eat, but also recipes that you can try. I found it really easy to stick to, and I do feel so much healthier when I'm sticking to low GI foods. Once you've been on it for a while, you actually don't crave the unhealthy stuff anymore! Of course at the moment I am fighting a battle against the evils of chocolate, and I am finding it difficult to be as good as I usually am, but I know that once the baby comes along, I will be back to the GI plan!
I'm sure that if you invest in a book, and spend some time chasing after your little boy (i.e. exercise!!) you'll be shedding those pounds like noone's business!! Good luck!

aw, thank you sooooo much for your comment! I forgot all about the witch hazel pads, they gave me some at the hospital when I was there, those really did help! I'll have to grab some at the store tomorrow. That really stinks that these buggers never go away, I had no idea!! Bummer :( I've never tried the sitz bath but it seems worth a shot at this point for sure!
Your little guy is super adorable too :)

hi there. I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 months ago when i had my u/s after my m/m last october. But i was wondering because i am having AF every month and usually 28-33 day cycle. and as i read the forum on PCOS they usually get 60 to 70 days cycle. I am also using the OPK to detect ovulation and I also get a positive OPK result.I really wanted to get pegnant again after an m/c.

Thank you! this was a lot of help! i figure since we want to have more kids in a couple of yrs. this was the best thing, i have gotten preggo on the pill twice bc it is such a pain to take those things everyday

Thanx! =) So I was wondering if you were gonna do it too??

caitie - Wednesday, 30 July
hi, if your baby is arching his back then in my opinion he might have acid reflux. My baby went through a week of not wanting to really eat too and just in the past day or so he has gotten over it. As long as i got 20 ounces down him i wasnt too worried. So it could just be a stage your baby is going through

*mom2be* - Sunday, 13 July
the lady at wic said 6 months i went to the doc the other nite i went to the doc i asked him he said 2 months cuz mia is only a week old and eatin like crazy

MamaCas29 - Sunday, 13 July
Well....3 1/2 months is a little young...my pediatrician said that you can start as early as 4 months...I'm not sure what a difference 2 weeks makes. It more so has to do with the maturity of the babies digestive system. I'd say that you should only feed your baby the rice cereal though and stear clear of the fruits and veggies for a couple more weeks....but that's just my opinion....take care!

kelli - Sunday, 13 July
if you don't mind me asking, how was your birth expierence? please be honest, brutally honest if you have to. haha. i read that you tore, but i also know you had an epidural, so i was wondering how it all felt and played out. i know you're probably busy with your son, so just get to my question if you have time please.

kelli - Sunday, 13 July
thanks for the answer on the sex after birth forum. i understand what you mean, you didn't scare me, i didn't think it'd be that differant after you have a baby but now i undersand what they mean by you should do it when your physically and emotionally ready.

laurapreggo - Monday, 7 July
Nah, you're not spoiling him, my man was born March 19th, and weighs a whopping 18.8 pounds... not to worry, if they wanna eat, let em eat!
