My doc told me one way to handle it is to take it easy and drink lots and lots of fluid, thats a couple things that cause it. I know your prolly thinkin but I drink lots of water/fluid already, I did that during my first pregnancy and during this one and I get the BH contractions all the time so I dont think that the fluid has anything to do with it in my opinion.

My BH contractions are just my whole uterus tightning up. U can just feel it if you put ur hand on it when its tightning up, there is no pain involved. The pressure that u feel is prolly the baby moving down a lil bit, but it sounds normal for me too.

Goodmorning ladies! Just thought I would let all of you know my appointment went yesterday. It was GREAT!! And I've gained the weight back that I lost at the beginning from being so sick, YAY!!!! (-:

The baby looks wonderful! And guess what?!?! We weren't suppose to find out the sex until next month but she was showing us the legs and she saw a little peter, so looks like we're having a BOY. We're going to name him Caleb Christopher. I was so excited because she said we wouldn't find out, but his little part was sticking out enough for her to tell, lol. But it was so cool to see him wave and see him suck his little thumb. But I have 2 appointments next month, one for a check up and the other to determine the sex for sure and to check for abnormalities.

But I really cannot describe how excited and how happy I am. Hope you ladies have a great day!

Hey thanks for the photo comment.. everyone says that it looks like it is going to pop.. but I really want to paint my belly for Halloween.. I might have to do it tomorrow just in case... I think your belly looks wonderful.. Congratulations on this pregnancy!
