I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

Hi...i just read my replies from my question about thrush. Anyways my nipples are red and hurt like hell...it feels like someone pours boiling water over them when i try to nurse and i can only nurse on one side and i pump the other side. His mouth is a normal white after nursing i think cuz it dont have white paches on it. I also got mastitis after a week of having thrush. I went to see a doc and she gave me something for mastitis but not for thrush and the stuff made it worst! so i called them and they gave me a cream. They never mentioned anything about the baby. i realy dont know what to do. im gonna wait till monday and then give my doc a call if i dont get batter. The doc i saw wasnt mine. Thank u for your answer. Any help is appreciated!

Thank-you. They gave her the medication to go home and finish the m/c naturally, but for some reason she is back in this morning. She just dropped off the kids with our other sister and her dh rushed her there, and we haven't heard anything.

our literacy coaches created the year's worth of units. they are pretty straight forward and the lesson plans are concise, one page long at the most. it definitely helps guide me!

oh and the pumping ... i think i've got it, and my pump (ameda purely yours) is amazing! but Lia is also used to formula, so she'll be fine with either in the even that i don't pump or leave enough.

our writing period flows the same way except we have a unit every month. for example, in october we teach them to write How-To books and they engage in the writing process from start to finish as they write a book on how to do something. we also have them work on friendly letters, personal narratives, poetry, and non-fiction, to name a few. usually, we work with a specific group of students every day and everyone else knows they cannot bother you. this allows you to focus on a specific group of kids with specific needs that day instead of spending the entire period helping all the students. of course, you periodically check the progress of the rest of the class in order to form a group for the next day.

oh my goodness thanks so much for the pointers! i need to reread it and take some notes for when i return on thursday. i still can't believe i am returning so soon.

what stinks about the way we do BL is that our centers must represent almost all subjects (5 centers) and those activities must merely be literacy based, so solving math problems is literacy based, for example. i may try to sneak in your ideas in anyway. lol.

as for writing, we have a pacing calendar and manual for writing, but i also love to write and it makes a bit easier although the grammar and spelling and all of that can be quite challenging. how do you guys structure writing? maybe i can offer some tips that i use?

i hope pumping goes well for me. i ordered the ameda pump. i would also get lunch to pump and maybe i can squeeze it in during a prep or something. we get 50 mins of lunch and 50 mins prep. i hope that's enough to plan. if i use at least 90 mins a day to plan, that would give me about 8 hours a week to plan.

i heard about the hands free bra and wonder if it really works.

I appreciate all of your support. I think the doctor wants to make sure that I get pregnant and stay pregnant without my weight causing a factor. She says it might play an easier role (weightloss) in getting pregnant once we start treatment. So we'll see. I took your advice and I am trying to pray with thanking God for things. I need to move away from what he is not giving me to what he is.
