Hi Jo,
Just came onto your site to see how you're doing and I can see that you have had your little baby, and she is so beautiful! Just the most perfect little face!
How is she doing? What is her name?
xx

Many thanks. Well apparantely big babies help you during labour as they are stronger they help to push themselves out. I'm not convinced. I'm quite scared if i'm honest. Just want everything to go smoothly. Will keep you posted. Good luck on the rest of your pregnancy too. Keep me posted with your progress x

I am being induced next Thursday at 39 weeks. The consultant won't let me go any longer as baby is growing rapidly. He said it was 9ibs last week and has grown another 2cm. I literally have no room left inside my tummy, he said. He said it could be dangerous for me and baby if he lets me go any longer. They wanted to induce me today but baby not far down enough so he gave me a sweep to try and move things along but not sure that will work. At least your consultant is relaxed about things and it doesn't stress you out. I couldn't sleep last night thinking about everyting. I'm really nervous now. Good luck. Keep me updated x

Let me know how you get on with your scan. I am going to see a specialist doctor today to see if he will induce me. There isn't anything they can do about my diabetes as it has come out too late in my pregnancy and they said nothing will change things so late on. Good luck x

Hi!
I think Eleanor Rose is a lovely name, I really like traditional names too... we haven't settled on anything but I think it's either going to be Matilda (Tilly for short), Ruby or Nancy, all with May as a middle name...I guess we'll decide when we see her! I had a 4D scan last week which was great although a little pricey, but worth it definitely! I can't believe you have finished work, I am sooo envious...I don't finish until the 19th December (I'm a school teacher and have told school I'll try to stay until the end of the term) and my due date is 28th December! eek! just 9 days before my due date! I really don't know if I'll manage...we'll see. I have half term next week though so I have some time to prepare myself with lots of rest!
xx

Hi Jo,
Just dropping by to see how you're doing...I am now on week 30 and feeling ok, although very tired, I can't seem to get comfortable at night...I set up various pillows under my tummy and between my legs which is fine until I want to roll over when it becomes a major operation of repositioning myself and the pillows! Nevermind! I am also getting pains where my uterus is pushing against my ribs but I suppose seeing as you're 6 weeks ahead of me you will just tell me it will get worse! Ha! How are you doing? Have you got a name yet?
xx

lol, thanks! yea, i'm hoping that if its a girl when she comes out she'll look like my name! i just don't want any regrets after making the decision...

preggers@32 - Sunday, 5 October
YES! Our names for a boy are Alexander William... for a girl it is between Cadence Jenny or Addison Jenny. My husband likes Addison and I like Cadence more... oh we are soo gonna be fighting about this one! What do you think?

Hi there! We have decided to call our baby girl Eleanor Rose!! I chose the first name and my hubby chose the middle name. Whenever I tell people our choice they always comment on how beautiful it is!

Hi there,

Things are going ok although for me each day seems like a hundred as I am just far too excited at the prospect of being a mother and absolutely cannot wait! I have booked myself in for a 4D scan on the 11th October so I can get a better view of my little girl which I am really excited about even though the cost is extortionate!

How are you doing?

xx

Hi!
Everything's going well, we found out that we're having a girl and she is kicking loads! Including right now as I type, still trying to think of names though! We are moving house in 3 weeks to a 2 bedroom place and both my boyfriend and I have birthdays in the next three months so there is lots to keep us distracted until the arrival of our daughter in December or maybe early January.
How are things with you? Have you got a name picked out?
xx

I had a 4D ultrasound and they said I could empty my bladder before I went in. So, no-you don't need a full bladder.
