Will I go into labor within a day? Signs- have had no real bloody show, but get lots of thick mucous. I cramp, ache, have stitching pain, bowel cramps, or braxton hicks almost all day for the last 2 days. when last checked 1 cm 60% and half way anterior. and baby has dropped to around -2

Anyone get an ultrasound of ur baby and think oh my he/she is absolutely ugly? And you were wondering where did this child get these features because they were over pronounced and just ugly. But the baby came out beautiful or normal looking.
