what is your opinion on bumper pads?

Vote for my nursery verse! I want to completely finish the nursery before we have another baby but I am torn between what wording I want to go over the crib on the wall...

So this is just out of curiosity... SO please don`t blast me ladies LOL! I was wathing a show on Discovery health channel called I have 8 boys and want a girl. Two of the women on that show had a prcedure called PBD which is sort of like IVF I guess cuz they fertilize the eggs in a dish and then after they are fertalized they check to see if there are any boys or girls and then implant you with the sex you want... My question is would you ever do that? Oh and feel free to comment :)

Is my baby behind? He is 9 mos old and he doesn`t really crawl... just pulls himself about and he just started trying to pull himself up. Am I making too much of this?
