Would you/do you let your 2 year old use an electric hand held mixer? How about let them cook sliced potato in a frying pan containing hot oil? I saw this in a facebook friend`s photos today and I was shocked, but maybe I`m just overly cautious.

Is anyone else getting annoyed at the stupid ad with the racing car? It takes over half of my screen sometimes. Most of the time I can click the `x` to close it but sometimes that part of the ad extends outside my screen and I can`t close it. It`s really annoying because it covers some of the comments and if I want to write a comment it covers that too!! Is it just me?

Have you ever been to the cinema on your own? I`m dying to see New Moon but still haven`t had the chance. I told DH I`m happy to go on my own if he`ll watch our boys but he looked at my like I was crazy and said `you can`t go watch a movie by yourself`. It really doesn`t bother me though.

I`m reconsidering the type of contraception we`ve been using since I`m not a big fan of the pill. Can someone tell me how IUDs actually work? A friend told me they stop embryo`s from implanting, is that true?

Anyone travelled with toddlers before? Tomorrow we are taking our 16 month old twins on a mini holiday. We will be driving 3 hours, followed by 4 nights in an RV parked at my husband`s brothers house. Just looking for any advice/tips to make the journey/holiday stress free. Thanks
