Anyone have a child (or know of someone with a child) that was more interested in learning to walk then to crawl?

May daughter seems to be allergic to baby food cause she started developing a rash on her body after feeding it to her. I used the Gerber brand. I took her to the doctor and he said it`s something that she is digesting. (the only thing that`s different is I started her on baby oatmeal and Gerber 1st Step baby food). Does anyone know if Beech-Nut will make a difference or if I should start blending my food up for her? Have you ever heard of a baby allergic to baby food before and if so what was the solution?
